"Five more minutes!" Stiles groaned.
"Stiles you're gonna be late, you don't wanna get fired on your first day, do you?" Lydia exclaimed.
It was about 5 in the morning and Stiles really was regretting getting a job.
"Ugh" He flipped the blankets and stared at Lydia. "Remind me why I got a job?"
Lydia rolled her eyes and walked out into the living room and turned on the TV.
"Isaac Lahey announced not dead"
"Of course." Lydia growled and turned it off.
"Stiles com'on!" She hollered. "I wanna go back to bed"
"You and me both" He walked out and was rubbing his sleepy eyes.
"Why aren't you dressed." That wasn't even a question, more like a demand.
"Jeez mom, I just want coffee" He snapped. "Calm down."
"They're talking about Isaac.." Lydia walked into the kitchen and filled the coffee maker with coffee grounds.
"When aren't they." Stiles yawned and sat at the breakfast table.
"Did you're dad say whats going to happen to him?"
"Not yet." He started rubbing his eyes again. "Maybe I'll here something today."
The coffee maker beeped and scared both of them.
"That scared the hell out of me." Lydia croaked.
"It's too early." He wined, hitting his head on the table before getting up to walk over by the coffee machine. "Oh and by the way." He put his hand around Lydia's waist. "Good Morning." He smiled.
"Eh" She kissed him.
"Don't be so dramatic, it'll get easier." He paused. "I hope."
-
Stiles finally got his uniform on, and Lydia was in definite aw.
She couldn't stop staring, Stiles was doing his hair in the bathroom, Lydia was sat on the toilet, just staring.
"Whatcha staring at?" He asked still doing his hair.
"Your butt." She purred.
"Why?"
"It's cute." She giggled.
"Well I gotta go." He knelt by her. "Gonna miss me?"
"I'll be so bored." She pouted.
"Come see me at lunch?"
"Definitely" She stood up and gave him an open-mouthed kiss.
"Don't start something we can't finish." He murmured between kisses.
"Who says we can't finish it?" She played with his belt.
Stiles pulled is phone out of his pocket, 7:30.
"Ugh" He groaned. "I can't babe, I gotta go." He wined.
She pulled her hands back, and sat back down. Pouting.
"I'm sorry, walk me out?"
"Just go Stiles."
"Now you're mad at me?"
"No, I just don't want you to leave." Lydia admitted.
"Wish I didn't have to, but like you said, I don't wanna get fired my first day." Stiles explained. "Right?"
"Right." She muttered.
-
Lydia walked Stiles out to his jeep, and waved as he pulled out of the drive way.
She walked back inside, and locked the door behind her.
She took a shower to get her mind off things, she was defiantly not going to get used to this, ever since they've been together they haven't been apart.
But Stiles was right, she was being dramatic and there was no reason for her to be sad or mad over something as ordinary as him leaving for work.
She got in the shower, letting the water trickle down her spine.
She slid down the tile and just sat there, letting the droplets sting her eyes.
Eventually she grew tired of just sitting there, stewing in her own thoughts.
-
By the time it was lunch time, Lydia had been sitting outside in the parking lot of the sheriffs station for 2 hours.
She was kinda excited to see him.
Lydia was startled when a familiar face walked up to the window of her car.
"Hi Lydia." The brunette smiled.
