Does it really have to be sexual

For it to be considered cheating?

If you lie
If you keep secrets
If you let someone come onto you
If you never tell them to stop
If you do it on purpose
You have cheated on your partner
You have deceived your partner
You have given your partner
No reason to believe you
No reason to trust you
No reason to stay
So why on god's green earth
Is your partner still here
