It is another morning in Paradise.

Previously on Love Island...

There was a recoupling!

Gary: I want to couple up with Grace.

Which saw Grace end up with Gary.

Only Grace knows if that was what she wanted, though.

Coming up...

New couples mean new drama...

Lottie: I can't find my water bottle.

And Chelsea plays matchmaker...

Chelsea: They could totally be a thing in the other Villa.

Bedroom

You feel something softly stroke your cheek. "Grace... Wake up, gorgeous."

Your eyelids fluttered open. Gary is standing by the bed, smiling at you. "Morning, sleepy head."

He holds up two steaming mugs. "I made you a cuppa." You excitedly prop yourself up on your pillows.

You smile at him sleepily. Gary passes you the drink with the mug handle pointing towards you so you don't burn herself. "Thanks, Gary."

You take a sip, it's absolutely perfect. A sigh escaped before you could stop it. "Mmmm. This is really good tea."

"Aw, glad you like it!" Gary smiles at you as you sip your tea.

You take a sip as you look around the room. You're the only one still in bed. "Did I oversleep or something?"

He chuckled. "No, don't worry, it's not that late. I wanted to let you have a lie in after last night's recoupling. It was pretty intense." He settles down beside her on the edge of the bed, cradling his mug and sipping it carefully. His voice softened as he looked at you. "I'm so glad we're, like, solid now. We've had our ups and downs and everything..."

You cannot help but have a smile on your face to wake up with someone you are happy with. It felt so natural being in bed with Gary last night.

He caught your eye, gesturing between you with a small grin. "But this feels right."

"I'm happy I'm with you," you said and offered him a bright smile. "More and more time we're spending, the more I wake up next to you, the happier I am."

Gary's grin widened, genuine and boyish. "It is good waking up next to you. I look forward to waking up next to you on the outside."

You both fell into an easy silence, sipping your tea. The air between you felt unhurried, warm.

"Being back in bed last night..." you said eventually, her voice turning flirty, "was good, wasn't it?"

"It was a long three nights away." He smirked, that familiar twinkle in his eyes.
