Steddie One shots

Y'know what would be cool?

A/N another modern au type story. (Obviously they're a tad older like 24/25 and they have their own apartment) And this isn't shipping Erica/Dustin I just like to think of them having a very Robin and Steve sibling duo.

"Y'know what would be cool?" Steve said, gazing down at his husband who had his head in Steve's lap.

"Mm?" Eddie didn't open his eyes and Steve continued fiddling with his hair.

"If we had a baby."

Eddie's eyes flew open and he sat up, still turned towards Steve. Steve, sensing that he had made a mistake started apologising.

"I'm sorr-"

Eddie grabbed his face and pulled him into him, kissing him passionately. He released Steve and grinned. "I never thought' you'd say those words."

Steve grinned back at him. "So it's a yes?"

Eddie nodded and kissed him again. "Yeah! I love you."

"I love you too."

Two Days Later

Robin and Steve were lounging around the breakroom, eating their lunch. Robin was laying on the couch upside down and Steve was on the counter next to the microwave.

"And the problem is that we can't start looking for egg donors before we find a surrogate cause yeah. And we'd want two kids, carried by the same person and a lot of people only want to carry one and be done, y'know?" Steve rambled.

Robin nodded along and took a sip out of her coke, careful not to spill any. "Wait- two kids as in twins or two as in one than a year or two later another?"

"One than break than one. The first one would be mine biologically, and the second would be Eddie's biologically. "

Robin nodded again, then put her coke down and flipped up the right way. "When do you think you'd start trying?"

"Uh- as soon as we could I guess? But we still need-"

Robin shushed him. "I've got a thing this weekend but after that I'm free."

"Wait? Rob are you saying you'll carry our kids?"

Robin nodded and Steve's eyes started tearing up. "Are you sure? It's a lot of responsibility and-"

"Shut up dingus I'm sure. I love you both and I know how much this means to you."

Steve jumped off the counter and ran to Robin, engulfing her in a hug. "Thank you thank you thank you."

Robin stroked his hair gently. "Yeah yeah I know, I'm amazing."

Steve chuckled and leaned away from her, his eyes glistening. "I love you rob."

She smiled gently. "I love you too dingus."

Month Later

Steve, Eddie, Vickie and Robin were all sitting in the doctors office waiting room. They were waiting for news on if Robin was pregnant or not and the silence was driving them so crazy Eddie started humming Sweet child O' mine by Guns N' Roses.

The Doctor walked out, holding her clipboard. They all stood up, Steve was clutching Eddie's hand.

"Well- it looks like you're pregnant! Congratulations!" She said cheerfully.

There was a silence as the four of them registered and then Steve let out a scream of excitement, scaring the doctor and Vickie. He hugged Eddie, who was silently crying tears of relief.

They grabbed Robin and Vickie in the hug and they all stood there, hugging and crying.

"Congrats guys!" Vickie said energetically, hi fiving Eddie.
