A/n yes I am continuing this series type thing until I have exhausted every possible friendship (maybe ships) please recommend ideas if you have any!

Will x Dustin

❥ Will was the one who first approached Dustin when Dustin moved to Hawkins.

❥Dustin can't draw and so Will drew his DnD character for him.

❥Before Will got out of the hospital, Dustin would go read DnD manuals to him and they'd talk about ideas for campaigns.

❥When Dustin was the dungeon master for the first time after joining the party, he was super anxious but Will was really sweet and patient.

Jonathan x Steve

❥Steve never told jonathan that he bought the new camera for Christmas.

❥They apologized to each other and they're cool now.

❥They often get stuck at school functions together with their younger brothers. (Will and Dustin)

❥They give each other advice about random shit. They don't often talk but when they do, they have really deep meaningful conversations.

Nancy x Robin (Platonic version)

❥They study together and Nancy always tries her best to be patient and Robin recognises and appreciates it.

❥Once Robin had a meltdown and Steve wasn't there so Nancy helped calm her down and adjust the situation.

❥They have opposite clothing tastes but will often go shopping together.

❥Nancy takes Robin to get their hair and nails done sometimes, while Robin takes Nancy shopping for jewellery, make up and music.

Lucas x Dustin

❥Lucas was the last to really openly accept Dustin into the party, but they soon became closer to each other than to Mike and Will.

❥Dustin has dumb smartass energy and Lucas has smart dumbass energy.

❥Dustin often loses their arguments, but not because he's wrong. He gets tired of arguing with Lucas 'Stubborn Bitch' Sinclair.
(A/n no shade to Lucas I often win arguments for this same reason)

❥They're those friends who sit around all day together, but already know each other so well they do other shit. Dustin is probably reading and Lucas is painting DnD figures on the other side of the room.

Karen x Joyce

❥They're the closest Mum's of the group (Karen was the only one who came around when Will went missing)

❥They first met a week after Will and Mike did, because the two boys wanted to hang out.

❥Karen was wary of they Byers' until she really got to know Joyce, and she realised how sweet they are.

❥At playdates and sleepovers, they'd sit around drinking tea for at least an hour before one/ both of them left.

Btw, all of the friendships here are platonic but I just made specific mention of it for Nancy and Robin because a lot of people ship them an I feel headcanons become different depending on whether the people are dating or not.
