Hi friends!

This chapter is a little bit on the longer side, which honestly you should just expect from me at this point..🤷🏻‍♀️

But if you're liking my story PLEASE let me know! And tell your friends about it so they'll read too!!😬
It means the absolute world to me when you guys comment saying you're enjoying the story because that means I'm not just writing it for myself.🥹

But anyways, I hope you all have a great week!🧡

****Warnings: Cursing, Sexual Assault****

*Sorry to re-publish this chapter friends! While I was re-reading I realized I left a lot of spelling errors and duplicate words..🙃 I fixed everything and tweaked it a little so hopefully now we're good to go!*

"Oh my god Farren. It's absolutely amazing.... I love it so much." Ivy said her eyes wide and a giant smile plastered across face as she pulled the AirPods out of her ears.

When you had fallen asleep at the studio the night before you didn't move until Calum woke you up at 7 this morning.
He drove you and your car home and helped you quickly get packed so that he could drive you back to the airport just in time for to get you through TSA and board your flight.
He and they guys had spent the entire night while you were asleep working on your song, tweaking it, recording vocals, instrumental parts, everything.
Around 30 minutes ago he had sent you a file of your song, that they were now calling BLENDER, and you absolutely could not have been happier with the outcome.
They never failed to make your songs 10x better than you could've ever hoped for.

You smiled and sent Calum a quick text,

You
Cal. I honestly have no words. I love it so much.

He replied seconds later.

Calum
I'm so glad babe. You wrote an incredible song. Now go have fun! I love you. I'll talk to you later.

You smiled and put your phone in your purse as you sat back into your seat.

"So did that make you feel even a little better?" Ivy asked timidly from beside you.

You nodded, "It really did."

"I'm glad. I was really worried about you." Ivy replied laying her hand on yours.

Your friend was your biggest supporter, apart from Calum of course, so she had given you your space these past few weeks and only talked about anything when you brought it up.
Which you greatly appreciated.

"I know you were, and I'm sorry. I didn't mean to shut you out if I did."

She shook her head, "No Fare it's not even about that because I know how you are. You need time to yourself when stressful things happen, and that's okay. I get it. But you are my best friend and I just want you to be okay."

"You're my best friend too Iv. You mean the world to me."

She gave you a warm smile and sat back in her seat, facing the window.

You still had about two hours left on your flight and since you were still tired from your song writing escapades the night before you decided to try and get some rest for the remainder of the time.

You laid your head back and shut your eyes but your mind continued to race.
About writing songs.
Calum.
Your friends.

Jake.

As much as you told everyone you wanted to forget about him, you couldn't.
You didn't want to.
Anymore he was all you thought about and you couldn't understand why considering how your last interaction went.
But for whatever reason you still had a soft spot for him.
And you knew you always would.
