It's the "writing" of Older and before you read it; Yes I know Luke and Sierra wrote it but this is my story and I can do whatever I want lol.

August 14th 2021

"Yeahhh so that's basically my life story and all that's been going on since the last time I saw you...so how have you been?"

You and Jayde were currently sitting out back on your patio by the pool.
Because it had been over a month since you'd last seen her, you called her the night before to see if she wanted to come over and hangout to which she happily agreed.
You had just finished telling her allllll that had gone on since your birthday party, as well as the full story on you, Jake, and Sam.
She had gotten to your house at 11 am that morning...it was now 1:27 pm.
And yes, it really did take you that long to tell her everything.
You practically had to start from the beginning and tell her your whole life story.

Jayde was sitting across from you with her eyes wide, "Holy shit."

You nodded and took a sip of your now cold coffee with a grimace, "Yeah....I know. It's a lot."

She shook her head, "I don't even know what to say right now. Your life is literally like a soap opera...." once she had realized what she said her eyes widened, "Oh god, no offense of course!!"

You bent over and picked a sunbathing Duke up off the ground (much to his dismay) and laid him on your lap as you laughed, "None taken at all. I've just learned to embrace it at this point."

When you looked back up at her, you could tell her mood had changed, "But I am really sorry about what happened to you at Lakeside Lounge with that redneck asshole. You didn't deserve that. And it's so fucked up that there was literally nothing you could do to punish him. Are you okay?"

You gave her a small smile, "Thanks Jayde. Yeah I'm okay. Now that the bruising has gone away it has made it somewhat easier not to think about. But that doesn't mean it's not still there."

She facepalmed, "And then I just bring it right back up...I'm so sorry."

"No! It's okay! I actually feel better every time I talk about it with someone. Makes it a little easier to cope with as well." You shrugged, "But enough of the serious stuff! Let's get onto a more fun topic..."

She nodded settling back into the hanging egg chair she was sitting in, "Right. After listening to all this Farren I do have something to say, and this is obviously the fan girl coming out in me, I'm honestly a little jealous that you've not only had sex and made out with both Calum Hood and Jake Kiszka, but you've also made out with Sam Kiszka too?? I mean come on! That's a huge win in my book.." she said with a smirk.

Your felt your eyes widen as you started to laugh, you started shaking so hard that Duke quickly jumped off your lap with a grunt, "Oh my god Jayde! I can't believe you just said that!!"

She shrugged, "What?! You're basically living every fangirls dream! Take it as a compliment..."

You grinned at her, "Well I don't really know that this is something to be proud of but, I've also made out with Josh...and kissed Danny too."

She almost choked on the sip of beer she had just put into her mouth, her eyes looking like they were going to pop out of her skull, "I'm sorry, what did you just say????"

But you immediately waved her off, "Oh it was nothing. It was high school, we were at a stupid high school party, I had had A LOT to drink, which apparently getting drunk and causing issues seems to be a reoccurring problem for me..? Well anyways, I had a massive crush on Jake, and mind you this was before we had started dating or even shared that we liked one another. But I had been watching him flirting with all these other girls the entire night, and was pissed because he wouldn't give me the time of day. Which I found out much later was to make ME jealous....and well he succeeded. So naturally I wanted to make HIM jealous and for whatever reason I thought the only way to do that was to kiss his brother.."
