"We still haven't found him sir," the magma grunt spoke towards Vulcan, who was still sitting on his chair facing away from there. The nervousness intensed after hearing nothing but silence from him, especially knowing that it was him to called for an update on the missing Blaze.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, he turned around, leaning forward, placing his hands on his desk and resting his chin on his hands, still not saying a word.

The grunt gulped. "We already searched every inch of Mount Chimney, Lavaridge, and Fallarbor Town, we plan to move on to the next few areas,"

Nothing. Vulcan remained silent, further torturing the grunt with anxiety. His face remained still for a bit, before suddenly slamming the surface of his table with a hard force, frightening the grunt.

"Damn that brat," he cursed. "I will not let years of my hard work go to waste," he gritted his teeth as he stood up.

"I don't care how many men you send. I want him found!"

The grunt tensed up.

"What are you waiting around for! You want me to burn you? Go!" he shouted as he stood up.

"Sir!" The grunt left the room immediately.

Vulcan sighed as he sat back down on his chair.

"Calm down, you mustn't lose your cool, that's not how you're supposed to be," he reminded himself.

"Whether or not if he discovers the truth, it doesn't matter," his eyes trailed down towards the single ring on his finger. "I've come too far, I can't give up,"

He curled his fingers into a fist,

"Run while you still can boy, because when I find you, I'll make sure you properly understand the consequences of biting the hand that fed you,"

"I remember hearing that there was a strong trainer that stood on the top of Mount Pyre, he would always randomly attack trainers who tried to go up so they all started calling the Phantom,"

"Cool nickname," Chloe commented.

Ethan smiled. "Well, I don't really think that's going to be a problem, since we all know how strong Corvis is," His eyes noticed something. "Oh, looks like we're here,"

He turned to Corvis, who's face was as if there something super interesting in the air in front of him.

"Corvis," he called out.

Corvis just stared blankly at the water as the waves crashed and go on the wall of the boat they were on right now. They were currently on their way to Mount Pyre, their next destination, only available via boat.

His mind wandered away, his thoughts only focused on a certain girl.

That dream....was that really Sara?

It was still hard to belive that everything was a coincidence....or was it? The girl whom he met as a child, the girl he protected from the Ursaring attack that gave him the scar that decorated his arm forever.

The same girl who went away ever since that incident.

The same girl who suddenly came back after all those years.

He mentally facepalmed himself, he couldn't even recognize her, but of course anyone else would be the same. He took a quick glance at Sara, who was busy chatting away with Chloe.

Now that he thought about it, the long black hair that danced in the wind and the way her dress waved around. She looked like an exact grownup version of the child he-
