Right at the crack of dawn, a large building was being prepared to open. Cleaners were mopping the floors and gardeners were watering the plants outside. As the people were doing their job, one man stood afar, watching them. He had a hood down on his head so his eyes could not be seen. He took out a pair of binoculars from his pocket as brought them up to his eyes.

Using the binoculars, he saw a man inside the building with few other men. One of them was holding a stack of papers. His face remained serious as the man placed the stack of papers down on a desk. He then brought his wrist up, revealing a red and black gearphone.

"I see the target, get ready," he said as he walked away.

One of the cleaners was mopping the floor. He was turing around until he saw the man that was just watching them.

"Huh?"

He turned around to see as if the man had disappeared.

"Weird...thought I saw something," the man said as suddenly, a pair of arms was grabbed behind him, covering his mouth, dragging him into the bushes.

"Shhhhhh....stay quiet," a man said as he took out a handkerchief and placed it over the cleaner's nose. The cleaner suddenly felt tired as he became unconcious.

The sight of Slateport City got bigger and bigger as the boat that was carrying Corvis and Sara brought them nearer to Slateport Harbour. Their eyes widened seeing the countless number of trainer that was on the beach as well as the loud market that took place near the beach. When the boat finally reached the Harbour. Corvis and Sara got off.

"Thanks again for letting us ride your boat Mr.Briney," Corvis said

"Yeah, that was really thoughtful of you," Sara said.

"Aww shucks don't be like that, like I said I owe you for saving my Peeko. It looks like you don't have to use a ship anymore, that Mudkip of yours sure is lively, once it becomes a Swampert no doubt it'll be able to take on even the biggest of waves," Briney said as he laughed. "Anyway, looks like I have to go now, both of you, good luck on your journey," he said as he revved up the engine and turned it around.

He left with one hand on the wheel and the other hand waving at Corvis and Sara, who waved back at him.

"He sure is a nice guy," Sara said

"Yeah," Corvis agreed as they walked out of the harbour.

"Since there's no gym here, there's no need for you to rush your chateau," Corvis said

"Well, today's a weekend and the cheateau doesn't open on weekends so we gotta wait until tomorrow," Sara said. "If you want, I heard there's a very famous museum here, Slateport Museum, the director used to be an archeologists so many item he found and placed in the museum wasn't even discovered yet," Sara said.

"Let's get a room at a pokemon center first, plus I have to make a call," Corvis said as his face saddened.

"Oh how I hate this routine," Corvis said as he rolled his eyes

"Hm? What do you mean?"  Sara asked as she saw an annoyed look on his face.

"Before Hoenn, my mom wanted me to start my journey in Johto since that's my home region but being in Johto for almost most of my life, I got bored of it since I went to every city in Johto already until I watched a documentery on Hoenn so I decided to come here," he explained
