if you've been reading my reviews, you'll notice that i barely picked any sequels lately. the reason being i just always want something new and it's less risk if the book is boring/bad to just read one and be done with it, and also, i found most sequels not necessary, as if the author is just writing without any direction. which i think happens in this sequel too, i don't see any cliffhangers, or things that needed to be discussed further that can't be finished in the first book.

so when i picked this one up, i checked if the author had published any new works for me to add to my tbr (yeah i do this before even reading, not knowing if i'll like the writing style or not) so i didn't expect to find a sequel to this book, but to my luck, it is completed (so i will be reading it!) even though i still think about it a couple times if i really want to commit to two books after the last book i read, but i just missed a daddy kink book!

i actually have so much to say about this one, i literally wrote a note reading it along the way. i've never liked an 18 years old girl who is just so annoying and childish even though it is very understandable, but daisy is just on another next level, it's definitely something new to me considering her age, i would leave you to that to intrigued you!

in the first few chapters, the dual povs were just a waste of both time and energy, i don't see why you would tell us the same exact thing going on with different povs.

nevermind, actually i'll talk about daisy more in depth (no spoiler!) because all my notes were about her HAHA. first off, i get that she's a submissive, what i don't get is why she be doing every single freaking thing they asked without even giving it a second thought?

second up, she keeps on saying that she isn't allowed to talk to strangers yet she would go on a vacation with two of them barely knowing them i'll remind you. all of her actions towards these two were very questionable to say the least, i feel like she just finds them attractive and voila, she would do anything and everything they ask her.

considering she's a 'super innocent' quote on quote, it's weird how she doesn't find it weird to have sex with two people at the same time, i guess she is not as innocent as she admitted to be then? lastly, these people simply misunderstood the word love, how could you meet someone, talk to them for a literal minute, and call that love?

despite all that, this is what i meant when i say no plot vibes only! i really did enjoy every small thing that they did (excluding the cringy moments) but it was actually very fun and easy to get through and the writing definitely helped so much!
