THIS is exactly what i needed! a quick, easy, requires absolutely zero brain power to comprehend what is going on! and plus, even though the characters aren't amazing, at least they're still tolerable.

i can definitely see myself finishing this off in a day, but of course school has finally started and get in the way. i remember when i was done reading the last book i read before this, i was really hoping that i won't be getting another mafia book.

in terms of enjoyment level, i for sure had more fun reading this one that the last one. but i can see that that one was better in terms of plot, writing and characters. but you know, sometimes you just need books like these. even though i might not think about it that much again after this.

but if i'm being honest, i don't really mind this one. even though sure, the mafia isn't that heavy, but i can still see those iconic scenes and even though it's not anything special, it's still so much fun!

and i don't usually read in class, but i did read a couple chapters in my free time just because it's so easy and also the chapters are quite short. so, i don't have to feel like i have to commit to a long one.

the characters as well, it's not my favorite for sure, there were some cringy moments, some actions that they took that didn't sit well with me. but those don't really bother me as i just slide it off and continue on.
