honestly, this review won't be reliable. i was sick for the past week and with school and all i didn't prioritise to read this book, like at all. but i do know that this book is a good one, at least it's enjoyable, cosy, entertaining, sweet, basically it's just a very light book to get through. but since i was not paying full attention to it, i just somehow forget things.

anyway, based on what i feel and remember, one thing that is obvious was that it kind of feels like a draft. there were literally 3 pages-length-parahraph which made it super hard to read since it felt very dense. even though the writing was very easy to read and follow, long ass paragraphs are just not it. i'm not sure if the author just forgot to click enter or thought it was a good idea to made it like that.

talk about sense, i do understand that this book is fiction and it's not supposed to be 100% making sense but at least please, with the mental health issue, it should be at least realistic. when they knew each other for less than a week, jett would tell her his past already? and for what? and i don't know if it's just me that finds athena quite sus in the beginning where jett decided to tell her about his past. she'd be like, i wouldn't let this chance go to waste. seriously? he's about to tell you something that's so big for him and that's what you're saying?

and the action just started in the last five chapters. i wouldn't say i was bored in the beginning, but i just wished there were more? like i don't know it's just missing something not that i don't like seeing these two together. and the action was not bad though it was very short and rushed.

anyway, i feel like i'm rambling non sense at this point. i just wished that i was in a better condition while reading this to enjoy it even more.
