my voice cuts off as i see amber cluching her stomach graoning in pain
"amber whats wrrong"
"it it hurts so bad"

shelby wimpers again and i try to prye her hands off her ears
"shell please come back to me its shaun your big brother come on i kno you can do it"
shhell removes her hnds from her ears and looks guiltily at shaun
"im sorry i did it again didnt i"
"it wasn that bad this time but have you eatten today"
"no" she wispers
"why not"
"shaun its not that easy to eat ok it hurts me that im still alive and it hurts me to eat"
"what about your meds are you taking them"
"i havent for a long time"
"why not the doctor said it will help isnt it helping"
"no its not helping and how the hell would that doctor know anyway does he have the same ting i do no so he doesnt understand"
