"They're in here," Misty called out. Orlando, Rachel, and Serena quickly joined the young werewolf in the kitchen. The two boys were stuffing their pockets and mouths with bread and fruits. It took them a couple of minutes to realize that their friends were looking at them. There was a point where both Hayes and Asher looked at Serena. She gave them the most disappointed look anyone had ever given someone else. "It's for the trip home," Hayes spoke up, his mouth still stuffed with bread. Serena put her hand over her eyes and forehead. "I'm just going to pretend this didn't happen." She said. Asher looked at Misty. She also looked at him with a disappointed glare in her eyes. "What?" He said. Misty just shook her head.
"We thought you two were going to kill each other. You just disappeared." Serena spoke up sternly. "We were hungry," Asher replied. Serena walked past Misty and approached her brother, Misty followed her. "Please, tell me you didn't eat everything in here." Orlando started. Hayes looked up at the young man. "I don't think so." He answered. Serena stood between her brother and Asher. "You two are animals." She said. Asher shot an angry glare at her. Serena felt him glaring at her without turning her head and actually looking at him. "I can feel you lurking." She tells him. Asher kept glaring at her. "You're not funny." He tells her. "Wasn't trying to be," Serena replied simply. Asher placed his hand on Serena's waist very carefully as he got closer to her. He peeked up to see if her brother noticed what they were doing. Hayes was too occupied with Orlando and Rachel who approached them. Mostly Rachel. He smiled sheepishly at her as she got closer to him. She couldn't help but blush at him as well. Orlando noticed the two making some eye contact. "Oh, right, Rachel this is Asher. Asher, Rachel." He said, introducing them to one another. Misty came up to stand by them as well. "And we're all friends now." She said excitedly. Orlando chuckled at her and nudged her shoulder playfully.

Next to them, were Asher and Serena. They were together, totally not aware of the others. Asher squeezed her waist gently while still standing behind her. "We're friends, right?" He asked. His voice was so quiet only Serena's ears picked up the sound. Her ears twitched a little bit. "Awh." He said.
He leaned down and brushed his nose against her ear briefly. "I didn't know they could do that." He tells her. "To be fair, you're very close to me, you're not even supposed to see it happen." She reminds him. She shot a quick glance at her brother, but he wasn't paying any attention to her. She slowly turned around and looked up at the werewolf standing in front of her. She looked directly into his brown eyes. "So, we're friends right?" He asked her again. "Maybe a little." She answered. He smiled at her and stepped closer to her again. "So, what happens now?" He questioned. Serena shrugged. "I guess we all go home. We did it. It's over now." She tells him. "Yeah," He started, "And someone's going to wear a big fancy crown on her head and boss people around all the time." He teased her. Serena rolled her eyes playfully and giggled. Asher smiled at her again and nudged her.
"You're looking forward to that, aren't you?" He teased her. Serena lifted herself and sat on the table, looking at Asher. "Maybe a little bit." She replied. He chuckled at her again. "What?" She complained. "Hey, I get it." He tells her, "You get to be the big boss, now." He added. Serena thought about it for a couple of seconds. "I'm going to change a couple of things." She assured him. Asher stood in front of her, placing his hands on the table, and looking up at her. "Like what?" He asked her. She leaned a bit closer to him. "Like you keeping your fleas on your side of the border." She said. He shot another angry glare at her. "I'm messing with you." She tells him. Asher's hands traveled up and down her legs, gently brushing his fingers over her thighs. "So, what are you gonna do, princess?" He asked her.

Serena hesitated for a second before she placed her hands on his shoulders. "You'll see." She tells him. Asher pouted at her. "I wanna know," he whined as if he was a little kid. She giggled and brushed a strand of hair back. And his hair was soft. She wanted to keep touching and playing with his hair.
She couldn't help it. But she resisted the urge and placed her hands back on his shoulders. Asher tilted his head slightly. "I'm not going to tell you. You'll just have to wait and see." She tells him. Before Asher could say anything else, Misty approached them. "It's time." She tells them. Serena looks at Asher briefly before hopping off the table. "Let's go home." She smiled. Before Serena could walk away, Asher pulled her back by her arm. She bumped into his chest, glaring at him as she looked up. He placed his hand on the back of her neck and pulled her in. He kissed her passionately for a few seconds before she pulled back. "What?" He started, "We can't do that at home." He reminds her. She rolled her eyes and giggled before resting her head against his chest.
He wrapped his arms around her tightly. After a minute she looked up at him again. "Maybe soon we can." She whispered. Asher smiled at her proudly before letting her go. She walked over to her brother and patted him on the back. "Are you ready to go? Or would you like to eat something before we leave?" She asked. Hayes glared at her and Orlando chuckled. Serena looked at the young man. "You'll be okay here, right?" She asked him. The young man nodded. "Of course." He assured her, "Besides, it's only for a couple of days, right?" He added.
She smiled and nodded at him. She opened her arms and embraced the young man as tightly as she could. "I am so glad we didn't die," Orlando tells her. Serena couldn't help but laugh at him. She patted his back. "Yeah, I'm glad we're not dead either. Although, we did get very close to dying. A lot of times." She replied. Orlando chuckled and squeezed her tightly before letting go of her. "See you in a couple of days." He said.
