Atlantia seemed on edge as we got ready to go down to Mexico to rescue Scott and Kira. I had a feeling she knew something but I couldn't determine what. She has been hiding something for the entirety of the time we have been dealing with the Benefactor situation but I don't think that is why she was on edge. I thought, now with the situation practically resolved, she would tell me what was going on but I guess she hasn't though we do have another situation with Kate. I know she sometimes doesn't reveal anything because of her not wanting to reveal anything of the future but I think there has to be nothing stopping her from this. She looked scared which was something she has never done. Atlantia is never scared or if she is, she doesn't show it but whatever is going on she is scared which is scaring me.
But, I knew I had to focus on the task at hand because if not lives are going to be lost. I know Atlantia only has a limited amount of energy to save one person so I couldn't risk the chance that she couldn't save someone else especially knowing that Kira and Scott may not be in the greatest shape when we get to Mexico.
Currently, Atlantia, and I were prepping in my loft since the plan was for us to leave in the afternoon once everyone was ready. I didn't like feeling weak especially when Atlantia kept pulling out different swords, and knives that I could pick from.
"I still don't like relying on these things." I say as I pick up one of the swords.
"I get it," Atlantia says. "It's weird fighting without your claws and strength since that is what you have trained all your life with." Atlantia turns to face me and her face drops, "You don't think you are coming back."
"Not alive." I say knowing I couldn't lie to her.
"You know I'm not okay with that." She says dropping the pair of knives she was eyeing to wrap her arms around me.
"I am," I say sighing "If it saves Scott and Kira."
"I can save us all." Atlantia says confidently but I knew the only way she could do that is by killing her own self. Her body may have healed to a good power using point but I don't think she is at max power.
I decided that I wasn't going to comment on the sacrificial tone that she was taking so we could all live since I was basically saying the same thing so I just say, "I am not sure that even with this amount of weaponry that we could even come close to taking down one Berserker."
"Not even close." Peter said walking over to the table to look over the weapons,"Killing a Berserker is next to impossible. It's not just the firepower, it's breaking the animal spirit from the human."
"Well, the only person we know with that kind of experience is Argent, and he's not getting back to me." I say and Atlantia cocks her head curiously when I say that.
"Well, then you're going to need help. Like Malia, maybe Liam, and definitely me." Peter says grinning. I nod but I noticed that Atlanita looked hesitant but doesn't say anything. What is she thinking right now or I guess more accurately, what is she seeing in her visions right now?
As we finish picking which weapons we were taking, Atlantia gets a call from Stiles asking if she had a car that was similar to a prison transport van and her reply was that she could easily get one. That made me raise an eyebrow because the last I checked was that she had no connections to law enforcement but what confused me, even more, was that she didn't move a muscle to get the van. Instead, she just walks down the stairs to meet everyone in the garage below my building. To my surprise, there was a prison transport van in the garage.
"How'd you get a prison transport van?" Stiles asks in disbelief. I think he was surprised that she was able to get one and I was confused in how she got one in here without leaving the loft.
