Ella was sitting across me on the bed, staring at me silently. I gulped down and waited for her to say something.

On the bus, we didn't talk about anything in particular. She told me there was an application open to attend Music Core, which was what she wanted to say when we just got in.

After 12 years of friendship, she knew something was going on but she didn't ask. Ella would always wait until I brought it up unless she thought it was urgent.

Sofia approached us as soon as we went back to JYP Entertainment. She looked so hyped! She said some Stays were planning a meeting during the next couple of weeks so we exchanged numbers in case we were still in Korea by that time. Unfortunately, we were not staying for long so we hoped the meeting would be held next week.

"I can't believe what you've done", said Ella finally. She was spacing out a little bit. After a few blinks, she grabbed me with both arms and stood up shaking my upper body. "What if he calls you?" She exclaimed, yelling.

"No, he won't! But I'm embarrassed by myself, I don't know what I was thinking!" I let go of Ella's hands and threw myself on the bed.

"But... maybe Han won't tell him; maybe he will never know about it. You said he didn't notice you were trying to give him the paper".

"Yeah, maybe". I sighed, burying my face in the pillow.

"What if he calls you though? Oh my God! What if he really calls you?" She kept squealing all excited. "You! Crazy bitch!" She slapped my butt. "You did it!" She kept screaming and jumping around for a while; I just could think how embarrassing was what I did.

"Are you not mad?" I asked a few minutes later. I could hear Ella organizing her clothes in the wardrobe.

"Should I?" She asked back.

"I don't know, it's your bias". She laughed.

"If it's not because of Matt, I would be "living la vida loca" but I'm with him so I will let it slide. If I were single and told you 'd try something, yeah; but it's not the case".

"I thought you might get angry with me".

"I'm not that crazy. Why did you not tell me you met him outside? I'm more upset because of that".

"Because you could hear everything from the other rooms. What if someone heard us? You know how bad people can react to the tiniest thing. I don't want trouble and wouldn't want to trouble him either".

"Ah... I didn't think about that; you're right".

"I'm wasted, let's order dinner and go to sleep". I suggested sitting on the bed. Ella was putting her suitcase away.

"You read my mind. What do you want to eat?" She grabbed the menu that was next to the hotel phone and sat next to me.

We set ourselves up to watch a movie after dinner but we didn't last long. The last time I saw the clock, it was 11 pm.

The next day, we got up almost at midday. Knowing we could need some rest, we didn't schedule anything that day. We still wanted to do something though, we were not staying for that long, and since it was insanely hot, we decided to go for brunch and spend the afternoon at Myeongdong for some shopping. We needed clothes anyway; we didn't take much with us.

Honestly, there was so much to see! I had to control myself to not buy every single cute thing I saw. And Koreans make a lot of cute stuff, so I had to restrain myself a lot.

We both bought two outfits each, one of them matched, of course. Because in the land of matching outfits, how would I not have a matching outfit with my best friend? After that, we got bubble tea and sat for a while before resuming our shopping.
