"I think I got the trick", I said pulling the bow's string.

The shooting center was a good choice after all. Since you only could go after making an appointment, there were just a few people aside from us. The instructor was super nice and it seemed Chan was enjoying it. It seems he could really excel in any sport.

Once we both got more comfortable with it, the thing turned very competitive and we would laugh at each other every time there was a miss.

"Best out of ten", I said a bit mad, "The loser pays dinner", like the bad loser I was after missing 3 shots and having Chan giggling beside me.

"Are you sure?" Asked Chan with a mocking face.

"Of course I am!"

"Are you really sure?" He asked again raising his eyebrows and looking at me tilting his head a little to the other side.

"Yes or no? Or are you afraid you will lose?"

"I'm gonna win". He said all full of himself taking the arch.

"Center or nothing". I said quickly while he prepared.

"Center or nothing?" He repeated surprised.

"I don't want to count points. You looked like you were full of confidence just a second ago, is it something the matter?" He laughed.

"Ok, I will hit 10 centers".

"You wish". And the moment I said that he got the target. "Fuck".

"Did you say something?" He turned to me with a smile on his face.

"Nothing". I bit my lip adjusting myself to shoot this time.

In the third round, we were not joking around that much anymore. We were focused as heck, and I was amazed, Chan was hitting the round bulls-eye target every round. When we were 6-4 and I was already losing hope, he started to miss them.

"I thought you were going to shoot 10 centers". I said picking on him. He always did it so I felt great when I had the opportunity. He pressed his lips together and eye-sided me.

I could just laugh, he actually looked pissed. And he missed the next shot too, I didn't laugh just because I faired he could get mad for real. Luckily, since he started to screw it up, I got to catch up with him. With only more two tries and an even score, I started to feel nervous.

"Fuck!" I exclaimed and instantly covered my mouth looking around. For a bit, I forgot I was in Korea. Another couple that was there looked from the side. I covered my face embarrassed.

"I think you shouldn't have laughed", said Chan biting his thumb, evidently trying not to laugh.

"If it's because of that, you should have lost! You laughed at me way more than I did". I complained frowning. He could help but laugh at the end but suspiciously started massaging his left arm.

"Oh, c'mon! Do you want a re-match?"He said that with a smile, but he must have been tired after all.

The group was finally taking a break after more than a year of packed schedules, and I didn't know if he was sleeping well either; just the day before I dragged him around until 3 am. I shook my head.

"It's fine. You'll probably win anyway, and our time is almost finished". We only reserved an hour and a half.

"Already?" He asked surprised and looked at his watch. "Time passed faster than I thought". I smile at the current sight; somehow, he seemed more relaxed than usual. He was having a good time if he didn't feel the time passing by; didn't he?
