By the time Chan was back in Seoul from Tokyo, I was already feeling better. We couldn't meet right away because he had practice until very late and by the time he texted me saying he was done, I was already sleeping, but we met the following day.

"How was your day? I know you were pretty active in Bubble", I said as he got into the apartment.

"All good. Did you read what I sent?" He asked placing his arms around my waist.

"No, but I read something about you falling from the couch". He laughed.

"I just slipped doing something stupid". We were walking through the small corridor.

"Is that it?" Well, it's said that men die before women because they are reckless, doesn't it?

"I was a bit... enthusiastic today".

"Really? I didn't read what you said but... I read Hyunjin's messages; it's difficult to imagine you on rampant mode". He chuckled.

"It was not that bad".

"What were you doing?"

"I'm not telling you that".

"Ah, why?" I complained.

"It's embarrassing". He tilted his head with a funny expression on his face.

"I want to laugh too, everyone says it was funny". Chan squeezed his eyes shut. "Please?" I added after pecking him.

"Hm..." I pecked him again. "Hm..." He hummed an octave higher. I pecked him again. "I was playing Hulk". I looked at him and blinked a few times.

"Were you high?" He started laughing again.

"No", he smiled.

"No one recorded it, did they?" He shook his head. "Damn it".

"Did you already order the food?"

"Yeah, it's on its way. Are you hungry?".

"I'm starving".

"Good, because I ordered to a new place that it's said sells the biggest burgers in Seoul".

"Whoa, I think most are not that big though".

"We will have to see", I shrugged my shoulders. "Ah, I got Scrabble to play today".

"I don't know if I want to play Scrabble", he smiled tightening his arms around me and pulling his face closer to mine with a smile that said everything. I giggled and kissed him.

"The food will be here any minute", I said pulling back.

"That's too bad". I laughed at him. I could tell he was in a good mood that day, he had an easy smile and his voice was a bit higher.

"Not really, I'm starving too". He loosened his arms around me; I freed myself and went to the fridge to grab something to drink. "Do you want a beer? I have coke and water too".

"Oh! Want to share a beer?"

"Ok!" And just as I grabbed the can, the doorbell rang. "It's the food!" I handed it to Chan and went to the door.

We sat to eat quickly and talked a lot about the concerts, the stages in Japan, about LoL and we discussed about Fortnite drinking some beer and coke.

It was a while since we spend the evening like that together, I liked it a lot. And even though I wanted to play Scrabble, we ended up playing UNO.

"Good morning", I said as I poked Chan's cheek and he cuddled next to me groaning lowly. "Are you going to have breakfast with me before leaving?" I asked still half asleep.

"What time is it?"

"Almost 8 am". I didn't get a verbal reply but a sigh from him and his leg over me. "Ok, just 15 minutes more, you have to eat something before leaving", I yawned and fixed myself on the bed.

Twenty minutes later we were barely sitting on the bed, probably trying to process what we had to do and dying to keep sleeping five minutes more.

While Chan got in the shower, I made breakfast quickly. Granola, with yogurt and fruit, was that morning's menu; a lazy one, I know, but neither of us was functioning at its fullest yet.

"You are working until late today, right?" He asked already at the door.

"Hm", I nodded. "And I'll meet Sofia in Itaewon after that".

"Oh, right, you told me yesterday".

"Yes. Thanks for bringing my hair tie; my grandpa likes me to wear it when I visit them".

"I had had it in my backpack all this time", he giggled. "Ok, see you this Sunday, I gotta go".

"See you", I hugged him tightly and he squeezed me back. "Tomorrow, tell me what time you're coming so I set my alarm".

"Don't worry, I won't be coming early". He gave me a quick kiss.

"Have a nice day". I smiled at him.

"You too", he gave me a last hug before going.

Chan told me they were preparing some things so he was going to be busy these days. I could guess that much though, it was November, and a lot of things were coming up with the end of the year. The fandom itself was pretty busy completing pools and preparing for the voting apps. I was glad I didn't take part in those anymore, but the thought of getting back at it came sometimes. Then, I remember how stressed I got, and that thought left really fast.

That weekend, I spent Saturday at my grandpas' house, and believe me or not, we went to kite flying. According to my grandpa, it was the perfect weather; if you ask me, it was the perfect weather to stay home drinking tea.

On Sunday, Chan arrived at lunchtime, just in time to make him work in the kitchen. I must say that eating his cooking felt like a huge privilege even though it was nothing from another world.

We spent some other quality time together; I think we kinda needed it after what seemed forever. And we got time to talk about other stuff too, for example, Christmas.

So, after making me swear for my life I was not going to say anything, he told me they were going to almost every end-of-the-year show. I more or less knew it, but he confirmed it. Therefore, he was going to be busy on the 24th. It was a bit sad, but he said he was going to make it to my apartment once they finished their schedule. Both of us were going to spend it away from our families after all, at least we had each other that year to be with.

It broke my heart the thought of him being alone that day if it ever happened.

Now, I wasn't regretting not going back to Germany for that holiday at all. If ever, I was more excited about staying. I never was a super fan of Christmas, I could never understand why Hyunjin expected it so much, for example, but that time, a month and a half away from it, I was already planning and expecting it. I even knew exactly what I was going to give him.

I wanted time to pass fast again.
