Rain looked around the wine cellar that was hidden behind a wall of books, "Secret room?"
Steve chuckled, "I mean yes but no."
Rain shook her head, "I have to confess... I don't know a thing about wine. I know I like sweet fuirty flavors."
Steve nodded and grabbed a bottle of white, "This is a melon flavor that I like." Rain read the label, "Crisp white with hints of honey dew and cantaloupe."
Steve then grabbed a red, "This is one Bucky likes."
Rain handed him the other bottle then took the red, "A medley of red berries to tingle the soul."
Smirking Rain shrugged, "Alrighty let's have both."
Steve grinned, "Both it is."

Bucky had ordered just about everything on the menu. Rain couldn't hold back her laughter, "Whelp there will be left overs for lunch."
Rain let a soft moan out when she tried her Chicken Marsala, "Oh wow so good."
Bucky had never been so jealous of a food dish in his entire life. He imagined Rain making similar noises as he had her spread wide.
Rain caught him staring, "What? Did I make a mess?"
Bucky cleared his throat, "No sorry... I was letting my mind wander." Rain noticed a light blushing on his cheeks; did she catch him thinking a naughty thought... About her?
Steve smirked; having the same thoughts as his friend, but the good sense not to stare.
"So, Rain how did you end up being raised my your uncle?"
Rain took a long drink of her wine, "Well my mom is...was Uncle's baby sister. She married my dad who was in the Marines. I grew up traveling around the world. I was actually born in England."
Rain began to fidget nervously, "Anyhow... When I was 8 we were transferred back to the States. Mom was excited to be close to her brother. I guess he pretty much raised her."
Taking another long drink Rain continued, "It was a really stormy night and the car slid off the road wrapped itself around a huge tree. Mom and dad well they died on the scene. I had nearly died enroute to the hospital then again on the table...my femoral artery was cut when the car was whipped around."
Rain bit her lower lip, "Anyway... The DCFS people had a hard time tracking Uncle and put me in a group home after I got out of the hospital. First time I met him I had a huge black eye. Some bratty kid tried to take my teddy bear."
Steve squeezed her hand, "I'm sorry."
Bucky kissed her other hand, "You're a tough cookie doll."
Rain sniffled, "Thanks."
Dabbing her eyes she smiled, "Ok... Your guys' turn... Spill a secret."
Bucky and Steve exchanged a look; oh this could go well or horribly wrong.
Steve took a drink, "Bucky first... You already know about my trashy romances."
Bucky licked his lips, "Alright... I like to go to karaoke bars and sing."
Rain smiled, "Are you any good?"
Bucky chuckled, "No, but it makes me smile so I go anyway."
Rain smiled, "I bet you're really good."
Bucky blushed.
Steve shook his head, "He's not a bad singer."
Rain laughed, "Ok... You next."
And that's how they ended up in the living room playing games and drinking a random 3rd bottle of wine.
Rain stood tipsy, "Ok ok... Steve it's your turn truth or dare?"
