Fisk walked in front of the men he sent to collect Rain, "5 of you... FIVE of you could not handle 1 small girl."
Someone mumble, "That girl ain't small."
Fisk pulled his gun and shot him, "Anyone else want to correct me?"
Mumbles of no boss echoed. Fisk kept pacing, "Now... I have to deal with the aftermath of you being caught by that golden boy Rogers!"
Fisk sighed, "And my niece the innocent girl she is; is holed with that asshole and his psycho buddy Barnes!"
One man dared to raise his hand, "Boss if Your niece doesn't want to be here then shouldn't you let her go? I mean no disrespect, but she clearly disrespected you by hiding there."
Fisk smiled, "What's your name?"
"Ivan sir." He answered.
Fisk punched him, "Well Ivan you do disrespect me. So shut the hell up."
Roxie chuckled, "That was ballsy of him."
Fisk looked at her, "Any ideas?"
Roxie grinned, "I got 1 or 2."
Fisk motioned to a man and had the 4 remaining men removed, "Well?"
Roxie nodded, "Ask for a meeting with Rogers, say it's to apologize for the misunderstanding."
Fisk raised any eyebrow, "What then?"
Roxie motioned for him to follow, "You're worried they got the wrong idea. You weren't trying to take Rain, but save her."
Fisk shook his head, "They aren't gonna fall for it."
Roxie, "You only got to plant the seed of doubt. You say her ex fiancé Henry had a bad reputation and you were afraid she'd come to harm and when he turned up dead you feared she done something in self defense then run."
Fisk mused it over, "And if they believe that then they'll give her back."
Roxie nodded, "I know you care about Rain so feigning the concern is easy."
Fisk frowned, "Of course I care about my niece! She's a good hearted girl like her mother my sainted sister, but she's young and doesn't understand the way of the world."
Fisk sighed, "I tried to tell her mother the same thing, but she begged me to let her marry Creek; said love mattered more than money or power."
Fisk dabbed his eyes, "I had arranged a good match between Rose and Harry Osborn, but relented."
Fisk made a fist, "Creek ended up being a drunk. He never physically hit Rose or Rain, but he'd load them in car when drunk talking about how he'd drive them off a cliff."
Fisk shook his head, "Love didn't save Rose the night of the accident."
Roxie hadn't heard this story and felt bad for her boss, "I didn't mean to imply..."
Fisk shrugged her off, "I want more for Rain. Zemo may not be a good man, but he won't hurt Rain like Creek did Rose... And love might grow there."
Roxie nodded, but she feared that Zemo might hurt Rain in other ways, but who was she in step in and mess with things.

Rain finished up everything just as Steve and Bucky came home.
"Wow it smells amazing." Steve kissed Rain's cheek.
Bucky kissed the other, "Steve's right. I can't wait to eat."
Rain beamed proudly, "Thanks. Do you want to eat now or do want to change?"
Both men smiled, "Let's eat!"
Rain giggled and the unanimous vote, "Alright go get some stew and I'll bring out the bread."
Bucky again muttered, "I am marrying that girl."
Steve laughed, "No way; not before me."
