The car rolled up to an unassuming brownstone house. People hurried about as Bucky got out and took the passed out girl from Steve as he got out, "Is Banner here yet?" Steve inquired of someone.
"Just arrived sir." They answered.
Steve nodded then looked to Bucky, "Take her to the guest room I'll have Banner met you there."
Bucky nodded and made his way up the steps and into the house.

Bucky laid the girl on the bed just as she was she was coming too.
Rain opened her eyes and realized she wasn't in her own bed; panic raced through her.
A deep voice and strong hands reached her, "Hey hey easy there you're safe."
Rain blinked and stared into the icy eyes of the Winter soldier; Bucky Barnes. She should have been scared, but his presence meant she had escaped the goons her uncle sent.
Rain took a breath, "Where am I?"
Steve walked in followed by a man she didn't know, "You're at my place. This is Dr. Banner he's going to check your cuts and make sure nothing is broken."
Rain quietly nodded as the slightly gray haired man sat on the bed, "From what I hear you put up a hell of a fight. What's your name?"
Rain winced as he took off her damaged glasses, "Ouch... Ah I'm Rain Creek."
Dr. Banner smiled apologetically, "Sorry, can you look up for me?"
Rain did as asked while Steve and Bucky watched.
Rain felt nervous. She knew her name wouldn't ring a bell, but they'd ask and she'd have to explain. You could not lie to powerful men and not have it bite you in the ass.
Dr. Banner got in his bag and started to clean her lip, "Whelp Miss Rain I don't think you'll need stitches, but I am gonna say you've got a concussion. Are your sides tender or does it hurt to breathe?"
Rain kept her eyes turned from the 2 brooding men watching her, "No... I'm sure they'll ache in the morning, but I don't think my ribs are broken."
He smiled and went to cleaning her knuckles, "Good; if that changes you tell them to call me ok?"
Rain followed his gaze to the men behind him. Rain swallowed as Steve walked closer, "I promise you'll get called if anything changes."
Dr. Banner chuckled and got in his bag, "Take 2 of these now then as needed for pain." He handed her a bottle of ibuprofen.
Bucky stepped into the ensure bathroom and got her some water as Steve got instructions.
Rain took the glass from Bucky and whispered, "Thanks."
Bucky gave her a smirk, "Rain? That's a pretty name."
Rain gave a laugh, "my full name is Rain Lynn but that's a mouthful."
Steve came over and sat on the bed, "Rain do you know why those men were trying to take you?"
Rain took another drink. She couldn't lie, but maybe she could dodge telling them, "Yeah... My uncle sent them to take me back, but I'm not going. Thanks for the rescue, but if I leave now-"
Rain stood and made a move to try and scoot pass both men, but was met by a wall of muscle.
Steve guided her back to the bed and Bucky shook his head.
Rain tried to object, "I really need to go."
Steve sat her down, "You're not going anywhere. Banner said you have a concussion. That alone says you should be supervised."
Rain squeezed her eyes shut, "I appreciate the concern, but if I stay it'll just be trouble and I am so not worth it."
Steve sighed and sat back, "You're not going anywhere Rain."
Bucky pulled a chair up and sat down boxing Rain in, "Why does your uncle want you back?"
Rain slumped her shoulders, "You should be asking who my uncle is... Please; I am not willing to cause more trouble than there already is... Just let me go."
Bucky looked at Steve who nodded. Bucky then leaned forward, "Rain... Chances are if we let you go you'll just be scooped up at your apartment. Staying here; for now is just the safest option."
Rain leaned back on the head board, "Fuck!"
Steve chuckled, "Language Rain; why don't you tell us who your uncle is and maybe we can figure out something."
Rain muttered a curse, "Wilson Fisk... Kingpin is my uncle."
