All 3 laid in bed basking in the after glow of love making.
Rain was cuddled between Steve and Bucky as they trailed their fingers over their girl.
"When I was little my mother use to tell me a story about a princess who fell in love with both a stable boy and a brave knight. I used to think the knight was once the stable boy, but now I wonder if momma didn't know something and wanted me to know it was ok to love both..."
Steve smiled, "Maybe... How did the story end?"
Rain shook her head, "I can't remember... I think the princess saved them both from a troll king."
Bucky kissed her shoulder, "A troll king huh? Well that was brave of her, but what if they saved her? What would their reward be?"
Rain laughed, "Usually the reward is the hand of the princess in marriage."
Steve nuzzled her cheek, "Is that so?"
Rain cooed leaning back into Bucky pulling Steve closer, "Yes..."
Bucky nipped at her ear, "Then I think it's only fitting you marry us."
Rain froze, "What?"
Steve chuckled and cupped her cheek, "Marry us."
Rain sat up clutching the sheet to her chest and twisted around to face them both, "What?"
Bucky shook his head, "Rain... Me and Steve... We talked about it. We want to marry you... We want the world to know exactly who you belong to."
Rain giggled, "I can't marry you both! I'd go to jail for polygamy."
Both Steve and Bucky laughed. Steve propped himself on his elbow, "We thought of that too."
Bucky raised up and kissed her pulling her back down between them, "Legally you'd be married to Steve, but privately it would be the 3 of us... Well 4 once the baby comes."
Steve caressed Rain's belly, "We'd be the Rogers-Barnes family."
Rain smiled holding both of their hands, "Could we have a ceremony for all of us?"
Steve grinned, "Is that a yes?"
Rain nodded and kissed him then Bucky, "Yes... It's a yes."
