ALPHA Keanu hasn't introduced his mate yet into the pack but when Ava has time, she would visit Keanu into the pack house since Keanu is always busy. Kaya naman kilala na siya ng mga nakatira sa pack house dahil nakikita siya ng mga ito at ginagalang siya bilang kanilang Luna. But when Ava went to the pack house, she would sometimes see Nancy pero mabuti na lang at hindi niya ito madalas makita. And when they see each other, they will just glare. Napailing si Ava nang maalala ang kwento sa kaniya ni Alden. Siguro nakaramdam ng takot si Nancy sa kapatid niya. No normal human will catch swiss knife with their bare hand.
Kumunot ang nuo ni Ava nang marinig niya ang pagbuntonghininga si Keanu. Nasa loob siya ng opisina nito. She was reading at the sofa while Keanu was busy with his pack affairs.
"What's wrong?" tanong ni Ava.

"What notice?"

"So, who's here?" tanong ni Ava dahil hindi niya masyadong naintindihan ang sinabi ni Keanu.
Tipid na ngumiti si Keanu. "It's the crown prince. All of the alphas had never met the crown prince before."
"So, who's the other one?" tanong ni Ava.
Umiling si Keanu. "The Crown Prince's brother didn't like to meddle with werewolf societies. He loves travelling and photography. We already met him. He's genuinely kind but the Crown Prince," umiling lang ulit si Keanu, "we didn't know what he looked like."
"So?" Tumaas ang kilay ni Ava. "What's your plan?"
"I got another memo. As the first rank Alpha, I am responsible for the Crown Prince's accommodation. So, he will stay here in the pack house." sabi ni Keanu. "Forget it. I will just show my genuine intention."
Napatango si Ava. "Your pack house or more than I could say, your castle can accommodate even hundreds of people so it won't be a problem for you." Sabi niya.
Natawa naman si Keanu nang i-quote ni Ava ang salitang 'pack house'. Napailing na lang siya.
"Your problem is the crown prince's appreciation towards your effort for him. But despite all, all I want it that he won't belittle you in case he saw something in the pack."
Kumunot ang nuo ni Keanu. "Anong gagawin mo kung sakaling may sinabi siya na hindi maganda sa pack natin?"
Ngumiti lang si Ava at hindi nagsalita na ikinabahala naman ni Keanu. He knew his mate. After he got injured by the hunters, Ava will always come to the pack house to check on him before she went to work. He already offered Ava that she will stay in the pack house but Ava declined for the reason he didn't know but he respected her decision. Kilala na ni Keanu ang ngiti ni Ava lalo na kung may gagawin man ito. And this time is not different, Ava smiled mysteriously. Kaya sigurado siyang may iniisip itong hindi maganda. Napatitig siya kay Ava. I wonder what make her think that it so hard to confess? Why won't she tell me everything? But it must be hard for her to tell me about her past. Umiling si Keanu. Slayer.
"Baby, please, don't do anything against the crown prince. I heard that he is merciless. Whoever disrespect him, he will kill them with no fuss and must."
Ngumiti lang ulit si Ava.
Keanu sighed. "Sigurado mas makakabuti kung huwag ka munang pumunta rito habang nandito ang crown prince. Don't get me wrong. Nag-aalala lang ako sa 'yo."
Tumango si Ava saka sabay sabing, "I can't promise."
Keanu sighed heavily. "Ano pa nga bang aasahan ko?"
