INSIDE the clearing, the three people stood there. The Luna, Nancy and the Former First Rank Alpha.
"Allow me to say the rules." Richard said with firm voice.
Magkaharap si Nancy at Ava.
Ava was calm. Her face shows no emotion.
Nancy was domineeringly crossed her arms. She was confident to won.
"Listen, no one is allowed to interfere during the fight especially the Alpha. But if anyone who wanted to help the Luna, it should be her relative and no one else. And also, no weapons are allowed during the fight. The fight will only end if one of you surrenders. Understood?"
Both Ava and Nancy nodded their head.
"But since Luna Ava is a human and couldn't shift into werewolf, you two will fight with your human form." Richard looked at the Luna.
Ngumiti lang si Ava. She nodded her head reassuringly.
When Richard got out of the clearing, Ava and Nancy stared at each other. Or more Nancy was glaring at the Luna. But Ava showed no emotion.
"Let's start." Kalmadong sabi ni Ava.
Kumuyom ang kamay ni Keanu.
"Alpha, it's okay." Saad ni Alden. "I know, my sister will win."
Keanu looked at Alden. "You don't look worried at all."
Ngumiti si Alden saka tumingin sa clearing. "Because I know my sister and I trust her."
Napabuntonghininga na lang si Keanu.
Ava studied werewolves for long time. Since she was inside the Hunter's Headquarters, walang ibang pinagawa sa kaniya si Draco kundi ang aralin ang tungkol sa mga lobo. Kaya naman alam niya ang bawat galaw ng mga lobo, kung kailan at paano ang mga ito aatake.
Ava was observing Nancy as she calmly stood in front of her. Until Nancy step backward, few meters away from Ava.
Everyone from the crowd was silent. They are looking forward to see who will win the fight. Ngunit umaasa ang lahat na sana si Ava ang manalo sa laban.
Kumuyom ang kamay ni Nancy. She stole Keanu from me and the position that I'm longing for. Tonight, I will not let her off. Since, you're here now then I will finish you. I will not let you get out of the clearing alive.
Ava was taught how to read other people's mind. Though she can't really read their minds literally but she could see in Nancy's eyes the eagerness. Eagerness to kill her.
Napabuntonghininga na lang si Ava saka tinignan ang galaw ni Nancy.
Nancy is at her advantage. Ava is just a human and she's a werewolf. Ava's strength is nothing compare to her. So, she won't lose this chance to end Ava's life.
Nancy took the chance to attack Ava using her unhuman speed but she was shocked when Ava dodge her attacked quickly. Hindi lang si Nancy ang nagulat kundi pati na rin ang lahat. They didn't expect that Luna Ava could see Nancy's movement.
Because everyone was focused on the fight inside the clearing, no one noticed the man who were watching. The man smiled. I know that she can fight and this is worth to watch. But it's a waste of time if I won't show earlier. After all, they are expecting me come. The man thought and nodded to himself as he continued watching.
Ava smiled at Nancy.
Nancy attacked again. She throws punch and kicks towards Ava but it's either Ava will dodge or blocked it. Hindi makapaniwala si Nancy dahil nakakayang salagin at iwasan ni Ava ang mga atake niya nang hindi ito nasasaktan. How can she do it?
