'Kavin ji..' Purvi called him while he halted and turned back.
'Jee..' He said with a bright smile on his face.
'Kya mai.. Mai..' She was hesitating.
'Kya yeh propose karne wali hai..?' Kavin thought.
'Kya mai inspector se mil sakti hu..? Mujhe bas unse kuch kehna hai..' She said.
'Yeh puchna tha..?' Kavin asked while she nodded her head in yes.
'Kavin tu kuch bhi sochta hai..' He thought.
'Ha aap mil sakti hai par CID officers ke nigrani mei..' Kavin said.
'Mai aapke saath abhi aati hu..' She said.
'Mere saath..?' He thought and got excited.
'Kavin ladoo fute..?' Kavin's image asked.
'Chaliye phir..' He said while they went to the bureau.
Purvi, Kavin and Akshit were in the interrogation room.
'Tum yaha..?' Akshit asked Purvi.
'Kavin ke saath aayi ho..?' Akshit added.
'Ri.. Rishabh..' He asked.
'Aap bahar jaayenge pls..?' Purvi asked Kavin while he went out but he was keeping an eye on them. They just had a conversation and then Purvi held Akshit's hands.
Akshit closed his eyes and nodded his head in yes. Purvi and Akshit talked and then Purvi came out but Akshit tried to stop her.
'Pari nahi, tum kuch nahi bologi..' Akshit said.
'Nahi, mai bataungi.. Mai kisi nirdosh ko saza hote hue nahi dekh sakti..' She said.
'Acp sir.. Yeh (pointing Akshit) nirdosh hai.. Inhe chod dijiye.. Rishabh ko inhone safe rakhne ke liye natak kiya aur mujhe bhi safe rakhna chahte the isliye mujhe fasane ki koshish ki.. Sir, yeh kisi case pe kaam kar rahe hai..' Purvi said.
'Saboot kya hai Purvi..?' Acp asked.
'Saboot..? Saboot hai inke juniors..' She said.
'Unhe kuch nahi pata..' Akshit said.
'Iska matlab aapne kubool kiya aap kisi case pe kaam kar rahe hai jiske baare mei aapke juniors ko nahi pata..' She said while Akshit was stunned.
'Smart..' Kavin thought and smiled under his throat.
'Mai vo..' Akshit finally spoke truth that he was working on a case to find a gang who supplies drugs to youngsters.
'Abhijeet, iske hatkadi kholo..' Acp ordered while Abhijeet released Akshit.
'Akshit, hum tumhari madad karna chahte hai isliye hume thoda information do..' Acp said while Akshit and Acp went to Acp's cabin. Purvi was waiting, so Kavin got excited. He went near her and cleared his throat.
'Mai aapko drop kar deta hu..' He said.
'No thanks, vo mujhe drop kar denge..' She said with a smile.
'Vo kaun..?' Kavin asked while Purvi pointed at Akshit.
'Akshit..? Vo kyun aapko drop karega..?' Kavin asked.
'Use wajah se jis wajah se aap mujhe drop karna chahte hai..' She said with a smile. Akshit came out and they both left.
'Satyanash..' Dushyant said in a low tone.
'Sirf drop hi tho kar raha hai..' Kavin said.
'Aaj drop karega, kal date karega aur parson shaadi karega..' Dushyant said while Kavin looked at him.
'Aise mat dekho mujhe.. Tumne dekha na ki Purvi kaise us Akshit ke haath pakad liye..' Dushyant said.
'Hmph.. Uske sirf haath pakde.. Mere tho..' Kavin stopped and remembered the moment when she touched his chest.
'Tere tho kya..?' Dushyant asked.
'Yaha.. Yaha touch kiya..' He said pointing his heart.
'Itna khush kyun ho raha hai..? Vo surgeon hai aur vo tere jaise hazaron patients ki chaati ko touch karti hai..' Dushyant said while Kavin was mad.
'Tujhe batane ka faayda nahi.. Atleast mujhe usne chua tho.. Par koi hai (he looks at Ishita) jise chuna tho dur ki baat hai, aake dhang se baat bhi nahi kiya jaata..' Kavin said taunting Dushyant indirectly.
'KAVIN..' Dushyant shouted loudly while everyone looked at them.
'Kya hua Dushyant..?' Daya asked.
'Kuch nahi sir..' He said and then he sat in his desk. Kavin also went to his desk.
'Raat ko jaake dekhta hu.. Chori chupke..' Kavin thought and smiled under his throat.
Kavin worked till night (almost 8) and then he left towards Purvi's house. He thought of peeking from a window, so he peeped in and saw Purvi serving 2 plates. He was confused.
'Aa gaye aap..' She said seeing Akshit while Kavin was shocked.
'Akshit, Purvi ke ghar pe vo bhi is waqt..? Aur tho aur Purvi use dinner bhi serve kar rahi hai..?' Kavin thought. Akshit and Purvi sat on the dining table to eat.
'Hmm..' Purvi looked at him with puppy eyes.
'Kya..?' Akshit asked.
'Khila do na pls..' She asked very cutely.
'Pari kha lo.. Choti bachchi thodi na ho tum..' Akshit said.
'Aap mujhe kyun khilayenge aap tho sirf aur sirf bh..' She stopped and looked at Akshit. He stood up and walked away. Purvi also stood up and tried to stop him but then he hit her toe with the table.
'Ahh..!!!' She cried in pain while Akshit came near her.
'Bina chot pahunchaye reh nahi sakti na tum..?' Akshit asked.
'Taane maarna zaroori hai kya..?' She said.
'Aur sorry.. Mai kha lungi..' She said making a face.
'Mai khila deta hu..' Akshit said and fed her with love. She smiled looking at him.
On the other hand, Kavin remembered what Dushyant said in the bureau. After that he remembered that Akshit called Purvi as Pari and they talked casually once. So it was clear that Akshit and Purvi knew each other.
'Mai hi Purvi ki life mei der se aaya.. Achchha hua maine dekh liya varna bina kuch soche samjhe mai Purvi ko propose kar deta vo bhi shayad Akshit ke saamne.. Aur anjaane mei un dono ka rishta tut jaata..' Kavin thought and then he looked inside.
Akshit picked up Purvi in his arms and took her inside. Kavin controlled his feelings and then he went to his house.
He laid on the bed and silently allowed his tears to flow down. He calmed himself down and said to himself. He then sat on the bed..
'Isme Purvi ki koi galti nahi hai.. Mai ne use apni dil ki baat bataya nahi.. Aur isse pehle ki use bata pata vo aur Akshit..' Kavin smiled in tears.
'Khair, kismat ko kaun taal sakta hai..?' He said to himself and laid on the bed again.
