CHAPTER 32

Purvi sighed and then she closed her eyes. She hugged Kavin and he woke up but she pretended to be in deep sleep. Kavin remembered what Piyush said, so he sighed and caressed her hair.

'Mai tumhe samjhana chahta hu ki papa nirdosh hai..' Kavin thought.

'Ek min.. Tho kya 9 saal pehle tum isliye mujhe chod ke gayi kyunki tumhe laga ki papa..' Kavin sighed.

'Jaan mujhse ek baar baat tho karti.. Is tarah khud ko vidwa banake..' Kavin's heart ached when he remembered her image.

Kavin saw Purvi's phone has a notification. He silently picked up her phone and checked the message.

'Purvi congratulations.. Tumhara promotion hua hai..' Kavin read Neil's message.

'Promotion..?' Kavin felt happy. He kissed her forehead.

'Congratulations jaan..' He said in a low tone making sure not to wake her up. Kavin saw Neil sent another message.

'Kal office aa jaana.. Kal se tum bahut busy rehne wali ho.. Aakhirkar madam ko ab CID, alpha team aur puri police force ko jo sambhal na hai..'

'Purvi ko bahut kaam hoga.. Pata nahi use waqt mile ya na mile..' Kavin thought.

'I just hope ki vo meri baat sun le aur papa ko nirdosh maan le..' Kavin thought and sighed.

The next day, Kavin woke up and saw that Purvi wasn't there. He was worried thinking that she left but he came out and saw Purvi was downstairs eating breakfast silently. Kavin's mom came there and she was mad at her.

'Tum yaha kya kar rahi ho..? Pehle mere bete ki zindagi barbaad ki, phir mere pati ko jail mei daala, vo kaafi nahi tha jo ab phir se yaha aa gayi ho.. Vo bhi bina kisi sharam ke..' Kavin's mother yelled at her.

'Mai yaha apne aap se nahi aayi.. Mujhe yaha aapka beta le aaya..' She said still eating.

'Kavin..' Kavin's mother looked at him.

'Maa..' He said but she stopped him.

'Abhi ke abhi is ghar se bahar niklo..' His mother yelled.

'Aapko nikal na hai tho nikal sakte hai.. Yeh ghar mere naam pe hai.. Aapke laadle bete ne yeh ghar mera naam kar diya..' Purvi replied.

'Purvi..' Kavin said.

'Fikar mat kijiye aap.. Mai bahut busy hu.. Aapko mera shakal dekhne ko nahi milega.. Mai ghar bahut kam aaungi..' Purvi said after completing her breakfast.

'Mere haath ka tho aap kuch khaayenge nahi isliye maine aapke liye kuch banaya nahi..' She said and kept the plate in the kitchen's sink. Kavin's mother sighed.

Purvi left to Alpha team's office. Kavin's mother was pissed off.

'Dekho Kavin.. Vo ladki ko meri nazron se dur rakho.. Behtar hoga ki use dusre ghar mei le jao aur hum yaha rahenge.. Aur kabhi maa papa ki yaad aaye tho aa jaana humse milne..' Kavin's mother said.

'Maa.. *sigh* Thik hai mai Purvi ko dusre ghar le jaaunga jab tak mujhe naya ghar na mil jaaye.. Lekin tab tak Purvi hamare saath rahegi..' Kavin said and went to get freshen up.

He burnt his skin while taking a hot shower. He was angry because of the situation in his house at present. Kavin while having breakfast informed her mother why Purvi did such things and her mother calmed down a bit.

'Phir bhi Purvi ko koi hak nahi hai ki vo tumhari dil ko dukhaye..' Kavin's mother said.

'Mai Purvi se baat karunga maa..' Kavin said and left for the bureau. After sometime, Kavin went near the glass from where he can see the parking lot of CID bureau. He saw Neil dropped Purvi there.

Kavin noticed that there was an awkward silence between them. A silence similar to that of newly weds. Kavin came down and then he heard Neil saying, 'Purvi Akshit..'

Before he can say something, she got down from the car angrily and closed the door. Akshit came to meet Purvi as it was Raksha Bandhan that day. Purvi saw Akshit but then she went to her cabin completely ignoring Akshit.

'Purvi ne kabhi is tarah mujhe ignore nahi kiya..' Akshit said as he felt bad.

'Ho sakta hai ki vo tumse is baat se naraaz ho ki tumne use bina bataye is tarah secret mission pe gaye.. 9 saal se vo raakhi nahi baand paayi..' Neil said while Akshit was convinced.

'Tum sahi keh rahe ho Neil.. Vo isliye gussa hogi mujhse..' Akshit said and he went to her cabin followed by the cops and Neil. The cops and Neil were outside.

'Pari..' Akshit said but she didn't even bothered to reply him. She continued doing her work.

'Pari I'm sorry.. Mujhe tumhe bina bataye is tarah jaana nahi chahiye tha mission pe..' Akshit said and waited for her reply.

Purvi picked her phone and talked to someone and then she left.

'Purvi bahut naraaz hai tumse..' Neil said to Akshit.

'Ha vo tho dikh raha hai mujhe..' Akshit sighed.

'Kavin.. Mera ek kaam karo pls..' Akshit said while Kavin asked what he should do.

'Tum Pari ko aaj shyaam Hotel Blue moon ke garden mei le aana.. Vaha se tum phone aane ka bahana karo aur ghar chale jao.. Kal subah mai Pari ko ghar lekar aa jaaunga..' Akshit said while Kavin agreed.

That evening Kavin took Purvi and asked her to wear a special dress. She looked at him while he said that they have to go on a special case. So she wore the dress and Kavin took her to Hotel Blue Moon as asked by Akshit.

Kavin and Purvi got down from the car and then Kavin pretended that Dushyant was calling him, so he excused himself and went aside while lights got lightened and she turned back.

She saw the decorations made by Akshit apologizing his sister for his deed. Her glance then fell on Akshit. She was about to leave when Akshit held her.

'Pari I'm really sorry.. Maine sab kuch case ke liye kiya.. Mai nahi chahta tha ki criminal alert ho aur hume bina use pakde hi case band karna pade.. Tum tho ab khud ek officer ho tho samajh hi sakti ho na mujhe..' Akshit asked.

'Mera haath chodiye varna kal bahut pachtayenge..' Purvi yelled at him while Akshit was taken aback.
