Cursed Crimson: Comatose (Chapter Thirty)

Sakuta wakes up in the same shin high endless water field.
Zaphkiel shouts Damn it! Damn you! Why would you do that?
Sakuta goes up to Zaphkiel, punches him in the face and asks Where's Rika been all this time?
Zaphkiel grabs Sakuta by the neck and says I am an amalgamation for the worst part of you and Rika. Right now I'm taking over Rika's spirit.
Struggling to breathe Sakuta asks Why'd you appear now of all times?
Zaphkiel let's go of Sakuta and says Your's and Rika's guilt, paranoia and fear is why I'm here now.
Sakuta trying to catch his breath asks You came into existence when I realized I had a new ability, but a new personality was formed around that ability.
Zaphkiel stops pacing and says You give me back control.
Sakuta walks up to Zaphkiel, tries to make an ice sword, but can't and Zaphkiel says You're powers don't work here, after all this place isn't your mindscape, it's mine. I am willing to compromise, since you're not going to fork over control.
Sakuta: What do you want?
Fifteen feasted upon corpses fall from the sky and Zaphkiel says The only way for me to stay alive is if one of us does an unspeakable act. Your's and Rika's guilt is the best thing to keep me alive.
Sakuta: What do you want me to do?
Zaphkiel picks up a severed arm and says I want you to keep killing or devour human flesh.
Sakuta contemplates for a second and says I finally figured out what you really are. You're here because of that centipede that was in my head.
Zaphkiel begins to laugh and says More or less.
The story now cuts to a month after Zaphkiel's rampage.
Sakuta awakens in the clinics of the royal manor.
We see Sakuta hair as grown a little and it's also white now.
Sakuta crawls out of bed, opens the door and walks out.
Izumi sees him and shouts Holy shit guys he's awake!
Sakuta then gets stormed by Izumi, Jin, Touka, and Ivan, they shove him back in his room and ask him questions like when did you get up and are you okay.
Sakuta stays silent and stairs into the mirror in the room until he asks Where's Rui?
Touka: She's in your room.
Izumi: The past month has been rough for all of us, so be careful with her.
Sakuta walks out of the room and leans against the wall all the way to his room.
Sakuta eventually get to his room and opens the door.
Rui is sleeping on their bed, Sakuta walks to the bed and sits down.
As soon as he sat down, Rui woke up and she says Who's there?
Sakuta turns on a lantern, Rui sees his face and says Sakuta, you're awake.
Sakuta looks saddened and says Just woke up.
Rui turns away, begins to cry and says Why'd you lie? I could've handled the truth.
Sakuta looks at the back of her head and says I had to go alone.
Rui still with her back turned says Why! So only you had to die or suffer?
Sakuta looks confused and says How did you-
Rui cuts him off and says I told you the first night I spent here with you that we're not so different. I know you Sakuta.
Sakuta sits there speechless and Rui continues Izumi told me there was something wrong with you when he found you, but he never gave me the full story.
Rui turns to Sakuta and asks what really happened in Afrest?
Sakuta with a tear falling down his check says I killed then and just like a centipede I ate their flesh, I almost did the same to Izumi.
Rui turns away, lays back down and Sakuta looks away from Rui and says I'm a monster.
Rui still crying says I'll never think of you as a monster and I know you will never willingly do that.
Tears pour down Sakuta's face and he lays down in bed, snuggles up to Rui and asks How are you pregnant? I though humans couldn't impregnate Nekos.
Rui sits up quickly and asks How did you know?
Sakuta: Rika told me.
Rui lays back down and says I don't know, but it should be impossible. Rui pauses for a moment and says I think it's going to be a girl.
