The chapter starts with Izumi and Raven approaching a window.
Raven: As soon as we get in there, I'll get he one on the left.
Izumi nods and opens up the window.
Raven goes in first followed by Izumi.
When both of them reach their targets Mai says We don't kill, Izumi. It's not our thing.
Izumi: I know, but this needs to be done.
Raven nods at Izumi and she rips the night walker's esophagus out. Izumi reluctantly makes a water knife and slits the other's throat. Both of the night walkers wiggle around holding their throats and die soon after.
Raven whispers You gotta be quicker Izumi.
Izumi whispers back I hate killing.
Raven looks down and says Me too.
They slowly move to the next room trying to avoid lol the people in the halls.
When they reach the next room holding night walkers, they rinse and repeat what they did before.
Raven: that's all the night walkers that are stationed here.
Izumi sits down on the ground and says How can you kill so easily if you hate it so much?
Raven sits down beside him and says Ever since I was five; they beat killing into my head until I craved it.
Izumi: Who?
Raven: Sasiki tortured us into submission, until he knew we wouldn't fight back against him.
Izumi looks up and asks Are you any different from your comrades?
Raven looks to Izumi and says On exterior no I'm not, but my mentality is very different. Sasiki never really broke me, the only thing he did was beat killing into my head. I craved killing for some years, but eventually I started to hate it.
Izumi: The only reason why you killed Megumi was because you were on orders, right?
Raven nods and says Sasiki would have killed me if I didn't.
Izumi looks at her and says Tell me about the night walkers.
Raven: We are a group of people that have abilities that make assassinations real easily. I can turn invisible while another could hypnotize people for example.
Mai comes out and says Enough sitting around. I wanna hurry up and become a tethered Demon.
Izumi gets up and says Let's end Sasiki.
