This chapter starts off following Oliver and we get a dream sequence.
We see Oliver taking someone's life, his daughter walks in on him and asks What are you doing to him?
Oliver looks shocked me tries to go to his daughter, but she says Stay away from me, you monster.
Oliver wakes up, gets out of bed and says to himself This is for them, I don't care if they hate me in the end.
Oliver walks down some stairs into a basement and begins pulling people from earth.
Oliver: Sorry to pull you away from your homes, but I need help. Each one of you has now been blessed with a great power that I, myself have. His cursed spirit comes out and the people in the room are still shaken by their situation.
Oliver closes his eyes and says Unravel them Enzo.
Enzo, Oliver's tethered demon goes to everyone in the room and makes physical contact with them all.
Enzo looks back to Oliver and says None of them have the potential to possess a healing ability.
Oliver looks down and starts to create an ice axe and says I'm sorry, but all you have to die now.
Enzo goes back in Oliver and he starts his killing spree. Oliver cuts every single one of them down with ease.
Oliver walks up the stairs and tells the remaining five people of his army Can you get rid of those bodies?
Oliver goes to his wife and daughter and sits in the same chair as before.
Oliver: Still no progress today, but I won't give up on you two.
Oliver then thinks to himself I'm over 800 days into this and still nothing. Wait Sakuta's planning something We see flashes of Sakuta's speech in the base of operations.
Sakuta: Consider this a declaration of war if you decide to fight.
Oliver continues to think to himself A declaration of war, huh. It's time to go to plan b, I suppose.
