3 years after Rika reveals herself to be Molly's cursed spirit.
The chapter starts off with little Molly training with Rika.
Rika: Come on, where's your head at today?
Molly stops for a second and says Abby's getting married and moving away soon, she's only 18.
Rika walks up and pats her on the head and says Well she has been your big sister ever since your dad cured her and her mother.
Sakuta shouts It's getting late Molly, come in!
Rika shouts back We're coming!
Rika looks back at Molly and says It's not like she won't come'n see you.
Molly looks up. Still sad and says I guess you're right.
Rika goes inside Molly and she walks back to the royal manor (Lost Crimson's Base).
It cuts to Molly running up and hugging Sakuta, then Rui.
Rui: You ready to eat?
Molly nods and Sakuta asks How'd training go with Rika.
Rika comes out as Molly follows her mom to go eat.
Rika: She's upset that Abby's getting married and moving.
Sakuta: I'd like to tell her to stay focused, but luckily she's a better learner that what I was.
Rika laughs and says You did start out slow after we bonded.
Sakuta grins and says Even looking at everything that happened; I view those days with so much nostalgia.
Rika: I do too.
Rui shouts You guys coming!
Sakuta: Yeah!
The story cuts to the middle of the night in Molly's room, while she is having a dream.
In Molly's dream Rika is cutting down person after person.
Rika: Keep moving Molly. Sakuta did not lay down his life for us to die here.
Molly is flanked from behind and stabbed right through the back, then Molly wakes up.
Sakuta: Time to get up Molly.... Why are you crying?
Molly says Huh? She wipes her tears away
Sakuta: Bad dream?
Molly nods and says I guess so.
Sakuta: Well you need to eat and train, so get up.
Molly: Can I get a day off, please?
Sakuta leans towards her and says I'll make a deal with you; if you can tap into ice or blood manipulation, then I'll let you take a whole week off.
Molly groans and says Deal.
It cuts to Molly and Rika outside training.
Molly: Why does my dad want me to train all the time?
Rika forms a ice scythe and says Your dad used to be able to protect everyone, but he can't now, so you gotta step up.
Molly forms a pistol and covers herself in lightning and says I guess you're right.
Rika charges at Molly, dodging all the gunfire and lightning strikes.
Molly electrifies the gun and shoots amplified lightning bullet that grazes Rika's neck.
Rika stops and says Good job kiddo. I think you won that round.
Molly dissolves her gun and the lightning fades away.
Rika: Let's see if you can use any of your dad's abilities.
Molly takes a seat on the ground and says Fine whatever, do it.
Molly sees a bunch of flashes from Rika to Sakuta's past fights.
Molly says Okay and stands up.
Rika: Do you remember how it felt to use ice manipulation.
Molly nods.
Rika: Good, now focus on that feeling.
Molly holds out her right hand, palm facing up and focuses.
A fly lands on her palm and it disappears.
Rika: Wait, stop Molly.
Molly opens her eyes and asks What's wrong.
Rika grins and says You probably just got a week off.
