We're back in Tokyo for a little following Izumi walking to Sakuta's house.
Izumi on the way thinks to himself It's been a month since I saw Sakuta last. I guess I better check his house again.
It then cuts to Izumi at Sakuta's house.
Izumi knocks and rings the door bell, but gets no answer. He decides to go around the house to see if anyone was home, but once he sees no one.
Izumi starts walking home and thinks to himself Where the hell did you go Sakuta?
Then out of no where he get sent to the other world. He looks around for a moment and let's out a huge What the fuck!!!
The story then cuts to Sakuta in a carriage.
The person Sakuta saved looks back and says It's just around the corner. My friend actually runs the place, so I'll make sure she treats you well.
They come to a stop and the stranger drags Sakuta to the front door of a clinic and then knocks.
Someone from inside yells Coming!
A Women opens the door and says Jin! Where the hell have you been?
Jin: I'll catch you up on everything, but right now he needs help.
The Women backs up from the doorway and says Put him up on the table. The Women grabs some badges ands says I can't make promises, it looks like he's lost a lot of blood.
Jin: He rescued me, so I have to return the favor.
Rika is finally able to come out of Sakuta now and she just wanders around the room aimlessly.
The women tells Jin He needs blood now, his pulse is becoming weaker by the second.
Jin: Touka wouldn't he die if we don't have the same blood type?
Touka looks Jin in the eyes and says He will die if we don't do anything, but you could give him a chance.
Jin looks at Sakuta and says Fine.
Rika grabs Sakuta's hand and tells him Please Sakuta you can't die.
Touka: Pull a chair and I'll take your blood.
Rika starts to cry and says to Sakuta Don't you have to see your father and Izumi back in Tokyo? Rika pauses for a moment and looks at Jin and Touka to see what they are doing and then looks back down to Sakuta and pleads Pl-Please Sakuta you can't die. I'm sorry I left you alone.
Sakuta very quietly mutters to Rika It's not your fault.
Rika cries even harder and squeezes Sakuta's hand harder.
Touka: His pulse is gone. I'll start chest compressions. Jin just keep feeding him blood.
Rika stands up in shock and starts to yell out You can't die on me Sakuta!
