"Hey." Puck greeted Quinn when she entered the coffeeshop.
"Hey." Quinn smiled. "Thanks for coming. Sorry I'm late."
"It's cool." Puck insisted. "I got you a drink."
"Thanks." Quinn replied.
Puck nodded back.
"Let's sit." Quinn decided.
"Okay." Puck replied, and he and Quinn sat down. He looked at Quinn as she sipped her latte. "Why'd you ask me to meet you here?"
"I wanted to talk to you." Quinn began. "About Jake."
"Jake?" Puck repeated. "I just saw Jake yesterday."
"Did he say anything?" Quinn wondered.
"About what?" Puck asked.
"Me." Quinn answered.
Puck furrowed his eyebrow.
"I'm seeing him." Quinn blurted. "But only if that's okay with you."
"Of course it's okay." Puck said.
"Really?" Quinn asked.
"Totally." Puck nodded.
Quinn nodded back and hugged Puck. When she pulled away, she looked at him. "I'm really glad you're okay with it. He asked me out and I didn't wanna do anything that might be weird."
"Weird?" Puck repeated. "Why would it be weird?"
"Because of our history." Quinn said. "And because he's your brother."
"It's not weird at all. It's totally fine."
-
"Then she told me she's dating Jake."
"Jake?" Finn repeated. "Your brother?"
Puck nodded.
"What did you say?" Finn wondered.
"She asked if I was cool with it." Puck answered. "So I said yes."
"You said yes?" Finn asked.
"What was I supposed to say, Finn?" Puck questioned him.
"That was your chance to tell her you're not cool with it, given your history." Finn explained.
"Yeah, but-"
"She had a baby with you, Puck." Finn interrupted. "Dating your brother now is weird."
"Thank you!" Puck exclaimed. "I'm glad you think so, too."
"Go talk to her." Finn advised Puck. "Before it's too late."
"Too late?" Puck repeated.
"Yeah, before he gets her pregnant."
-
"Hey." Puck said, getting up to greet Quinn. "Thanks for coming over."
"Yeah, you said you wanted to talk about something in person, so I figured it was important." Quinn noted.
"Yeah." Puck nodded. "Yeah, it is."
"What's up?" Quinn wondered, looking at Puck as he closed the apartment door.
"Let's sit." Puck decided. "Can I get you anything?"
"I'm fine, Noah." Quinn promised as she sat down. "Just tell me what's going on."
"Do you remember the other day when we were talking about Jake?" Puck began.
Quinn nodded slowly.
"And I told you I was cool with you seeing him." Puck continued.
"Yeah." Quinn responded.
"I was talking to Finn about it, and the truth is, I'm not." Puck confessed.
"But you said-"
"I know what I said, but it's too weird for me." Puck interrupted. "We had a baby together, Q. And the thought of you making out or having sex with Jake makes me uncomfortable."
"If it's that bad for you, I'll tell Jake I can't see him anymore." Quinn responded.
"Okay." Puck nodded. "Thanks for understanding."
Quinn nodded back. "Does this have anything to do with us?"
Puck looked at her.
"Getting back together?" Quinn clarified.
"If you want a Puckerman so bad, you know where to find me." Puck smiled.
Quinn rolled her eyes and smiled back.
