"Nice try, Daddy." Beth said, shaking her head as she ran off.
Puck pulled the fake beard off and sighed.
"What are we gonna do now?" Quinn asked.
-
"Coach?"
"Puckerman?" Coach Beiste responded.
"Do you have a minute?" Puck asked.
Coach Beiste nodded. "Have a seat."
Puck sat down across from his football coach and looked at her. "I have a favor to ask you."
"A favor?" Coach Beiste repeated.
"Yeah." Puck nodded slowly. "Quinn and I are trying to teach Beth about the holidays this year."
Coach Beiste nodded, listening attentively.
"Me and my mom started teaching her about Hanukkah this year, but since it just ended, we switched over to Christmas." Puck continued. "And Quinn loves Christmas, so it's, like, a whole big thing."
"Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year." Coach Beiste stated with a smile.
"I'm trying to get into it for the girls." Puck responded. "I even put on a Santa suit, but Beth didn't buy it."
Coach Beiste looked at Puck.
"Which is where the favor comes in." Puck clarified. "I was hoping you'd do it."
"You want me to be Santa?" Coach Beiste asked.
"You have the perfect Santa body type." Puck told Coach Beiste, to which she raised her eyebrow. "It would mean a lot. To the girls and to me."
"I'll do it." Coach Beiste replied with a smile.
"Really?" Puck asked.
"Tell me what you need and I'm in."
"Thanks, Coach."
-"So do you wanna tell me about the little errand you did before glee club?" Quinn asked as Puck drove her home.
"You'll see." Puck promised with a smirk.
Quinn raised her eyebrow.
Puck smiled as he continued driving.
"You're really not gonna tell me?" Quinn questioned Puck.
"It's a surprise." Puck stated. "But it's a good one, I promise."
"How long do I have to wait to find out?" Quinn wondered.
"How about Friday after school?" Puck suggested.
"Okay." Quinn nodded as Puck parked the car. "Do you wanna come in?"
"No, I have to get home." Puck said. "I'll stop by later to see Beth."
"Okay."
-
"This is awesome." Puck noted, taking in the scene in front of him.
With the help of the other glee club members, Puck transformed the choir room into a winter wonderland. Santana and Brittany had been in charge of the Christmas tree, Mercedes and Rachel had made paper snowflakes and Finn and Sam taped them to the ceiling, Mike and Tina helped wrapped the gifts everyone bought for Beth, Artie was in charge of the fake snow, Kurt and Blaine came up with some games, and the underclassmen helped set everything up.
"Ho, ho, ho!"
Puck smiled as Santa entered the choir room with Mr. Schue.
"Oh my god, he's here!" Brittany exclaimed, and Santana lovingly squeezed her hand.
"Looking good, Coach." Puck said as he walked over to his teachers. "Thanks again for doing this."
"I actually do have the perfect Santa body type." Coach Beiste responded with a smile.
"When are Quinn and Beth getting here?" Mr. Schue wondered.
"I'm gonna go pick them up now." Puck answered. "I'll be back in, like, ten minutes."
-
Puck put Beth on his hip and took Quinn's hand as he led them into the choir room.
"Surprise!"
Puck grinned at the happiness and excitement on Quinn and Beth's faces.
"Santa!" Beth shrieked, squirming out of Puck's arms and running off.
"Let's get a family photo." Quinn requested as she squeezed Puck's hand and led him to Beth and Santa.
-
"Beth's asleep." Quinn said, returning to the living room and joining Puck on the couch.
"Yeah, she had a busy day." Puck noted.
"What you did for her today was really sweet." Quinn told Puck. "And I know you don't really care about Christmas, but it meant so much to me, too."
"I just wanted to do something special for both of you." Puck responded with a smile.
Quinn smiled as she kissed Puck's cheek. "Thank you."
