Baby Names (Quicketh+)

"So we heard this one's a boy." Mercedes began. "Have you guys thought about baby names yet?"

Quinn looked at Puck. "A little, but Noah's better with the names than I am."

"Yeah, tell them the names you suggested, babe." Puck suggested.

"Noah, Beth, and I have all been talking about names." Quinn explained. "We're trying to narrow it down to three names and then we'll pick one."

"Tell them." Puck repeated.

"Well, I love the idea of naming the baby something music-related." Quinn explained. "Like Bowie, Freddie, or Elvis."

"Freddie Puckerman's kinda cute." Tina said.

"Totally." Brittany agreed.

"Or something religious." Quinn continued. "Like Benjamin."

"If we're gonna go with something religious, it should be something cool like Moses." Puck replied.

"Moses Puckerman actually doesn't sound that bad." Rachel noted.

"I was kidding." Puck said.

"Well, Beth is named after a song, so our son's name needs to go with hers." Quinn explained.

"If any of you girls have suggestions, we're open to them." Puck added.

"Ben is a good name." Santana replied. "I mean, there's the Michael Jackson song and Elton John's Benny and the Jets."

"Ben is too similar to Beth." Puck shook his head. "Veto."

"Why don't you pick a name first and then just write a song to go with it?" Brittany suggested.

"There's a ton of songs with Jack or John in the title." Mercedes chimed in. "Jack Puckerman is cute."

"Jack is too close to Jake and James." Quinn shook her head. "Noah doesn't want that."

"What about William?" Rachel suggested. "I don't know if there are any songs with William in the title, but he would be named after a really great teacher."

Quinn smiled and looked at Puck. "What do you think?"

"I like William." Puck nodded. "Let's keep it as an option, okay?"

"Okay." Quinn repeated. "Thanks, Rachel."

"I've been thinking about baby names a lot since the other day when you had the girls over." Puck began. "And I came up with something."

"Before you bring up another name, we should talk about William." Quinn decided. "I really like that name, and Beth and Will are cute sibling names."

"Yeah." Puck agreed. "But-"

"That's gonna be my final name for the top three." Quinn cut Puck off. "So once you and Beth pick your top names, we can talk and vote."

"Yeah." Puck repeated. "We can use the names we pick as the first and middle name. I'm going with Moses."

Quinn looked at Puck.

"It's religious, but it's edgy and kind of cool." Puck smiled proudly. "Moses William Puckerman has a nice ring to it."

"I hate to say it, but I actually do like that." Quinn confessed. "But can we keep the name between us for now?"

"Sure."

"He's here." Puck grinned happily at the sight of his newborn son, watching as they laid him in Quinn's arms. "You did it, babe. He's so good."

Quinn smiled as she looked at the baby on her chest. "He looks just like you, Noah."

"Yeah." Puck agreed. "He's a big boy."

"I know." Quinn said. "I just pushed him out."

"Right." Puck nodded as he kissed Quinn's forehead. "Thank you."

Quinn smirked. "Are we still going with Moses William?"

"Well, now that he's here and we've met him, I have another idea." Puck said. "Forget Moses."

Quinn furrowed her eyebrow and looked at Puck.

"How about Hudson?"
