nightmare.

Have you ever felt like you were different? Like an outsider in a world that you claimed as your own? Don't get me wrong, I love my life. I have a best friend who I adore, a beautiful older sister and Charlie. Who always keeps me on my feet. Defining different, I mean as if something inside me wants to explode. A fit of what I could only explain as... expression?

Resting my head on Jakes lap as I snoozed under the warmish sun that Forks provided, I saw flashes of images in my head. The family of the Cullens, approaching someone.

Sensing a high volume of danger, I spotted Bella in the midst of them

Sensing a high volume of danger, I spotted Bella in the midst of them. Gasping awake, Jake grabbed ahold of me around my arms. Preventing me from lashing out by accident.

"Hey hey hey." Jake begun with a sincere tone. "You're ok, you're safe. It was just a nightmare." He reassured, bringing me into his chest, taking heavy breaths. Jake placed a hand on my head.

"Didn't feel like a nightmare." I said softly to myself, leaning into my best friends grip. I sighed heavily in relief as my breathing rate returned to a regular speed. "Can we walk back to mine?" I looked up at him, knowing that the so called nightmare shook me a little. He nodded, pulling me to my feet. We walked through the forest back to my house where Billy and Charlie talked and laughed in the living room, bursting through the door. Their eyes landed on us with concern, Charlie automatically knew something was up with me.

"Hey, you ok?" He asked as he walked around, bringing me into a tight and comforting hug.

"We were just chilling in this field of flowers and she fell asleep on my lap, she had a nightmare that kind of shook her a little." Jake explained, opening my eyes. I spotted billy staring at me, I could tell he had something ticking in his mind.

"Thanks for bringing her home Jake." Charlie thanked him, as Billy rolled around on his wheelchair.

"We better get, see you later." Billy said as he patted my arm, leaving with Jake. Dad and I sat on the couch, watching comedies to make the mood lighter. A thing I love with Charlie is that, with me. He knows I'll bring up a topic with him when I am ready.

After hours of movies, I looked over to dad as he fell asleep with a beer in his hand. Hearing stomps through the front door, Bella walked in yelling. "Leave me alone! Just, leave me alone!" Looking over my shoulder to Bella yelling at Edward Cullen through the fly screen door. Dad got to his feet in a rapid amount of time, followed by me.

"Bella! Please don't do this!" Edward begged.

"We're over! We're done! Get out!" Bella exclaimed, running up the stairs, dad gestured for me to follow after her.

"Hey hey hey." Dad said in a calm tone, whilst I chased my sister up the stairs.

"Bella! What's going on?" I asked her, following her to her room.

"I just need to get out of here! I am leaving, now." She explained, slamming the door in my face. Charlie joined us.

"What's going on?" He asked me.

"Apparently she's leaving." I explained, I knocked on Bella's bedroom door.

"Bella." I begun. "Talk to me, I'm your sister. That's what I am here for." I reassured.

"I'm here too." Charlie added, Bella came out of her. Abrupt and upset, storming to the bathroom to collect more of her things. "Did he hurt you?" Charlie questioned.

"Do I have to kick his ass?" I commented.

"No." Bella looked to us, as she opened the bathroom cupboard door.

"Did he break up with you or something?" Charlie continued.

"No, I-um. I broke up with him." She replied as she went back to her room, shutting it in our faces.

"Thought you were obsessed with him." I said as Charlie slapped my shoulder in that tell off kind of way. Bella came back out of the room.

"Yeah, that's why I have to leave." Bella said as she went back into the bathroom. "I don't this, I need to go home." Charlie and I exchanged looks, Charlie knew I didn't want my sister to leave again.

"Your mum isn't even in Phoenix at the moment." Charlie stated.

"She'll come home, I'll call from the road." Bella spat back.

"You're not driving now, you can sleep on it. If you still feel like going in the morning, I'll take you to the airport myself." I dragged dad down the stairs with me as we followed Bella.

"No no, I want to drive now. It'll give me time to think." Bella said in a manic tone, if I get really really tired. I'll pull into a motel, I promise."

"Let me come with you, for company. I'll fly home after we get you back to Phoenix." I stated, knowing I needed to try and keep her in a better state of mind.

"Your sister is right, let her be some company. I know I am not that much fun to be around. But, I can change that. We can do more stuff together, family stuff." Charlie tried to offer as we stood in the door frame to the kitchen, Bella turned around and faced us from the kitchen sink. Her facial expression not impressed.

"Like what? Watch baseball on the flat screen, eat at the diner every night. Steak and cobbler? That is you two, Hope. You have always been daddy's little girl, so you are not coming with me. You're staying." Bella spat, looking at her with a spark of anger in my eyes. She pushed her way passed us, I stayed away from them as dad followed her to the door.

"Come on bell, look. I just got you back, it's been amazing having both my girls in one house hold." Charlie folded his arms.

"And you know what, if I don't get out now. Then I am going to be stuck here like mum and hope isn't even blood related. She's just a throw away from some other family." As that comment left my sisters mouth, my eyes filled with tears as Bella left the house and slammed the door behind her. I stood there shaking, Charlie looked over at me. His eyes filled with sorrow and sympathy, he walked over to me slowly.

"She didn't mean that, she's upset. She'll be back." He tried to reassure me as he pulled me into a hug. "You're my daughter, nothing is going to change that ok?" He added as he placed a hand on my head, leaning into Charlie. I let out all my emotion.
