"She's the first of her kind, with a terrifying amount of power. She's one of natures loop holes, there has been so much pain and death to keep her alive. Her blood isn't human." - Alice Cullen.
Nightfall arrived sooner then we expected, heart was beating out of my chest as Jacob and I walked hand in hand under the moonlight in the forest. My anxiety kicked in as I felt my body feel like it was on fire, Jacob stopped us and stood in front of me.
"Ok, it's about to begin. We have the pack all through the forest, so you can run." Giving Jacob a nod, I screamed as my ankles broke under me. I landed on my knees as Jacob crouched down in front of me. "I done some reading-." I cut Jacob off, making a joke.
"You done some reading?" I giggled, immediately screaming. Feeling more bones inside me break.
"Karma." Jacob said, continuing his original speech. "This is going to hurt, you need to concentrate on the air in your lungs and the ground beneath you."
Screaming, making the trees shake around us. Feeling my spine and ribs shift and crack, my voice broke as I tried to say Jacobs name. "J-Jacob."
"The first time could take hours." Jacob added, feeling a snarl come out of my body. I looked at Jacob with widened eyes.
"Hours?!" I exclaimed.
"If you fight it, the pain will make you want to delay it. Because that's what you think you can take, but if you let it in.. allow it to swallow you whole. Then it can't break you." He rubbed my arm, looking at him with reassured eyes. I nodded.
"Yeah, I can do this." Jacob smiled at me, placing his hand that was on my arm up to my face. His thumb resting against my cheek.
"When you're done, run wild and free. I am so proud of you." Leaning forward, he kissed forehead as he stood up. Allowing me space as I absorbed the pain, feeling every crunch and break in my body. Looking back up at Jacob, I saw in the reflection of his eyes. What would become my werewolf eyes, piercing yellow.

Looking down at my hands, the bones morphing into wolf paws. Sliding them back towards me, feeling my spine arch from it repositioning itself. I bowled to the moon, feeling a floating feeling happen inside my chest. I gasped as I dropped to the ground, finalising my form.
I stood up and shook myself off, my icy grey fur full and vibrant, my piercing yellow eyes. Staring at Jake as I let out a heavy sigh.

Him smiling towards me, he gave me a nod. The main rule Jacob gave to the pack was to keep their distance, make sure I had room to run. Taking a few steps back as I spun around, taking off into a full sprint. I howled in excitement. Feeling the wolf senses kick in, like hearing, smell and the advanced eye sight. It was refreshing, it was like levelling up in a video game.
Hearing the pack run with me from a distance, I made my way to the river. Hearing into a voice in my head, it was Sams. Watching him land in front of me, his large black wolf form. He snarled in a warning matter.
"Not on their land." I heard.
Come morning, I made my way. Exhausted to a flowery meadow, not far from Jacobs house. My heavy breathing, slowing me down as I dropped to the ground. Experiencing the odd feeling of going back to two legs, I curled myself into a ball. Covering myself as I felt clothes be chucked on me, looking over my shoulder. I smiled as I spotted Jacob, who turned away respectfully.
"How do you feel?" Jacob asked as I stood up, putting on a pair of baggy sweats and one of his jumpers.
"You can look at me now." I alerted him, watching him look at me. He smiled, with his face expressing how proud of me he was. "It was amazing and all my senses have advanced." I explained, excitedly. "Oh! And I can tune into your heads, only when I am in wolf form. But it selective when I want you guys to hear what's going on in my head."
Jacobs face dropped with jealousy. "That's so unfair!" He laughed, walking towards me. He brought me into a big and tight hug.
"But, I'm exhausted." I buried my face into his chest. Jacob taking my hand, we walked off back to his place. The adrenaline kick was going away, quite quickly. Understanding that it wouldn't always be like this, it's just the body's reaction to it happening for the first time.
Resting my head against Jacobs chest, as we laid on the outside couch. I crashed heavily as soon as I closed my eyes, absorbing Jacobs heat. Drowning out the sound of every little bird noise I could hear, I sighed heavily as I fell heavily asleep.
