While he has been enrolled since his birth in Darkeas, the school of supervillains, Uchiri Nanaya ends up by mistake in Aitori ... the school of the Magical Girls.
Nanaya understood that Static seemed immortal, just like Thoki. His t-shirt torn by the attack showed that the wound was already closing. His friends could do nothing against him. And his electrical power was particularly dangerous. He had to keep him here. The ice didn't seem to immobilize him for long. He broke it easily.
"Go away!" Nanaya ordered again.
Kenji hesitated. Voices came from the hallway. Other men were coming. They had to leave and take Kōtarō to safety. He didn't want to leave Nanaya but if they didn't leave now, everything the magical had done would have been for naught.
Tomeo picked up their unconscious comrade. On a boat, his power was of no use. Kenji made up his mind. Being the oldest, he took charge.
He pressed the others, while unhinging the door with his power. He fills the corridors with water so that their attackers are carried away by the current and thus free the way. He wasn't sure which way to go though.
"Hase-senpai!" Called Rakko, "I mean... Azuris! We must go up! To the right ! They took me that way!"
Kenji just nodded and followed the directions. There weren't that many people. Most had no idea that the situation had turned against them. The ship was huge and well insulated. What happened in one place could not be heard elsewhere. This suited the little group.
When they unfortunately ran into enemies, Kenji sent them away with a strong stream of water, Monaka protected his friends with a force field, Rakko teleported them without knowing where, or the twins prevented them from doing harm, either by pinning them to the ground by an excess of gravity, or by sending them flying to the ceiling. Tomeo couldn't do much. There were no mineral elements he could control and he was carrying Kōtarō.
Their luck didn't last long enough. They were just arriving in the lobby when an alarm sounded in the floating mansion. Kenji swore. They still had to cross the bridge to the motorized lifeboat he had spotted on boarding. They rushed to the door as a shot rang out behind them. Rakko let out a cry. A bullet had hit him in the thigh. Monaka almost lunged at him while creating protection around them to stop more shots.
Kenji sent a wave down the hall to sweep their attacker away and helped Monaka support Rakko to get out.
The bridge was far from deserted. Meltdown, Phantom, Viper, and Red were there with a few other people. Kenji glanced in the direction of the canoe they were to reach. It wasn't far away, but their opponents were going to completely block their access to it.
"Red, grab 'em," Meltdown ordered wearily.
"Heh~? I don't remember having to obey you," replied the teenager, "you're not the boss."
"You brat!"
She wanted to draw her gun, but a water vine grabbed her wrist. Kenji yanked her to force her to the ground, motioning for his friends to keep running. Monaka created a barrier that prevented Red's hair from catching them as they passed. Kenji was exhausted. Creating water was the most tiring part of his power. He backed up until he touched the railing and smiled. Of course, he was on a boat.
He checked his friends. They had just managed to untie the lifeboat, but Monaka's protection would soon give way. Between attacks from Red and others with offensive powers, and gunfire from those with weapons, they wouldn't last two seconds when he released his barrier. Kenji was protecting himself with high pressure water, but he wasn't going to last long.
"Jump!" Kenji ordered.
The five others did not even try to protest and threw themselves after the lifeboat, landing violently inside. The moment they were no longer aboard the yacht, Kenji smiled. A huge wave rose from the ocean, plunging the ship into shadow.
Red looked up to see this mass of water about to crash into them. He lunged at Phantom and grabbed Viper by the collar. His hair stretched out to encase them in a wide sphere, while part of it wrapped around a solid structure of the floating mansion. From the outside, it looked like a giant ball of yarn. He just had time to do that to protect himself as the wave crashed into the sea building, rocking it violently. It wasn't strong enough to sink the ship, but everyone on deck except for the three in the hairball were thrown overboard, on the opposite side from where the students were fleeing.
Kenji immediately jumped into the water after that and easily joined his comrades. He started the engine and their boat sped towards the beach. The wave had certainly shaken everyone aboard the floating mansion. He just hoped it didn't cause any trouble for Nanaya.
Hurried and worried, he stopped the engine only at the last moment and they almost crashed on the rocks. Kenji rushed over to help the others. They took out Kōtarō and helped Rakko. Haru had taken off his belt to put a tourniquet on his comrade's leg, but the bullet had to be removed.
They couldn't leave without Nanaya. But Kōtarō and Rakko needed urgent care.
"Teleport!" Suddenly launched Monaka.
"To SDA?" Rakko said indignantly, "you know I can't! I have never been able to teleport more than a mile, and alone!!"
"You can do it ! I know you can! You are the future hero Glitch! Only you can find care faster, for you and for him!"
"What if I get to the middle of nowhere??"
"They didn't take our phones. If you land further away, call them and give them your location!"
"And you ?!"
"We'll wait for our bumblebee," Haru said.
"And if he doesn't come," Jun continued, "we go back for him!"
"This is madness," Rakko swore, "you're mad! And I'm just as mad too to tell myself that you're right!! If he doesn't join you... he's too precious to leave him there. Ok. I... I'll try. »
Monaka set him down on the sand and Kenji laid Kōtarō against him to hold him tight. Rakko grabbed his comrade and took a deep breath. He pictured himself SDA. Specifically, the infirmary. The beds lined up facing the large bay windows, the removable curtains, the tables, the door leading to the office. He had to get there. He concentrated. In his condition, he had no room for error.
His friends looked at him with some concern. But after a while, his power activated and he simply disappeared. His teleportation almost looked like a video game glitch. One moment he was there and the next second there was only a faint trace of blood on the sand.

Red hugged Viper and Phantom to him. He didn't dare undo his protection. He was not afraid of water, but having lived in a cage, of course he could not swim.
He felt a hand gently rest on his head.
"Hey, Red," Phantom called, "it's okay...I can't hear anything outside, the wave has passed."
"You think ?" The teenager muttered. "Are you sure ? I do not know how to swim."
"We're not letting you go," Viper assured, grabbing his waist, "are you okay like this? That way if it's always risky, we know how to swim."
Red hesitated a bit, before his hair finally parted, gently returning to its original length. The deck was soaked but they were out of danger. Phantom got up almost immediately and began to take off his sweater.
" What are you doing ?" Viper asked.
"I have a doubt," answered the invisible one, "I absolutely have to check something. Those kids... they wouldn't have come without the Uchiri son but he wasn't with them."
