POV: Third person, Neteyam

Neteyam groaned and slowly opened his eyes, yes once again.

"He's awake," his mother's eyes widened. His father, siblings, friends began to run into the hut. All gasping, crying and cheering.

Lo'ak quickly hugged his brother tightly, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so.. so sorry," he cried as he lead his head on Neteyam's shoulder.

"H-hey, bro it's fine, you're safe, that's what matters to me," Neteyam reassured. Neteyam looked to see his mother laughing while crying, his father doing the same, "Did we win, like are the sky people gone?" Neteyam asked.

"Can we not talk about that, this is about you, Neteyam," Neytiri sniffled and kissed her son's forehead.

"But I'm serious, like my bullet wound, it's gone, did you put me underwater to heal me," Neteyam questioned, "A-and this earring, I never had this, did you guys put it on me or...maybe was it actually that Na'vi...," his voice trailed off.

"What Na'vi?" Kiri asked.

Before he could answer, Norm butted in, "Neteyam...," he knelt down to Neteyam, "You've been dead for 2 months already, you are somehow alive, due to that earring's energy source, and none of us has given you that during your funeral"

"I assume this is a blessing from Eywa," Jake said as he still tried to wipe his tears away.

I was supposed to be dead? Well due to so much blood lose I suppose. But still... how is it possible? I guess Eywa has really showed me mercy. Neteyam thoughts still kept running until Tom interrupted again.

"It's best if he rest for a few more days, keep an eye on him, we don't know what might happen next," Norm stated as he started packing to go back to the forest people.

"Alright, thank you Tom," Jake thanked him.

"Oh, should I tell the people, specially Mo'at," Norm turned back.

"Yes, tell them, tell them that my son is somehow alive and well," Jake smiled.

Neteyam has been quiet for a few days as he had to rest in the family hut until he had fully recovered. His friends and siblings would play with him in the hut, most of the time to keep him company.

But all could Neteyam do was stare at the purple gemstone. It was beautiful, colors like the spirit tree. As he stares at the stone, it reminds him of the lilac skinned Na'vi. Although he thinks Eywa has saved him, but so did the unusual Na'vi. He had took it off the day he woke up.

He even asked his mother to put it on his necklace, for keep safe of course. Speaking of which, Neytiri has been keeping any eye on her eldest son after his death. Sense he came back alive, she did not want to lose her son a second time.
