Isang araw na ang nakakalipas mula no'ng nangyaring pagtatapat sa amin ni Panotchi, wala pa ring kibuan ang iba habang kami namang mga amazona ang bumabalanse at umaawat kapag may namumuong gulo sa pagitan ng mga galit at nakakaintindi kay Deth.

I had defended Deth once, and that was enough because their feelings were valid. I felt what they were feeling now—the pain of being deceived, manipulated, lied to, and betrayed by people you've completely trusted.

"Kain na tayo." Pang-ilang aya na ni Stella sa mga gunggong pero walang ni-isa sa kanila ang gumagalaw o umaalis sa pwesto nila. Si Eunice hinila ang kamay ni Kian para patayuin.

Stella glanced at me, her eyes silently pleading. I shook my head slightly and approached the table, refusing to help her. Ayoko na muna. Gusto ko muna ipagpahinga ang utak ko.

As soon as Eunice and Kian sat beside me, a loud crash echoed through the room, startling us all. We turned to see the source of the noise—Stella, her eyes blazing with anger, holding five daggers that belonged to some of the boys. Without hesitation, she stormed toward them and threw the weapons at their feet. "Why don't you just kill each other? Then we wouldn't have to worry about any of you. You might as well be dead with how silent and lifeless you've become."

She had finally reached her breaking point.

Sander looked up at her with a cold, emotionless gaze. "Pag nagsasalita kami, nagagalit kayo. Kapag naman hindi tulad ngayon, gali—"

"Go on, finish that, Sander," I interrupted, my voice low and threatening. His eyes flicked to mine, but he quickly looked away, unable to withstand the intensity of my glare.

"All we hear when you do talk is arguing," Eunice said softly but with a firmness that showed she was barely holding back her own frustrations.

"Those who make the most noise are usually the ones who refuse to think," Chaos sneered, standing up and taking a seat beside Kian.

"Kasi nag-iingay din 'yung mga taong—"

May lumipad na plato sa pader dahilan para mabasag ito. "Enough! Just shut up! I'm so sick of all of you!" Galit na galit na sigaw ni Stella.

"Here comes the main character," Xenor muttered, his eyes fixed on the doorway. My heart skipped a beat, and I followed his gaze to see Deth standing there. He looked worn out, like he hadn't recovered.

"Mabuti at bumangon kana para marinig na namin ang sasabihin mo."

Galit na dinuro ni Rance si Xenor. "Tangina mo, Xenor, manahimik ka!"

"Deth..." Si Chaos. He stood and reached out to Deth, who looked at him  before shaking his head with a weak smile, tears streaming down his face.

He already knew what was happening among us. I lowered my gaze, tears welling up in my eyes once more. I took a deep breath and looked up again, my heart aching at the sight of Deth's weary expression. How many more times would I have to see him like this?

I knew he was trying his best to hold it all together. Alam ko kung gaano na siya kapagod dahil sa mga mata niyang naghahalo na ang emosyon. Alam ko rin na mas pinipili niya pa rin na lumaban dahil kami na mga kaklase niya ang usapan.

"Bullshit," mahinang mura ni Chaos saka binitiwan si Deth at tumalikod pero nanatili lang siya sa tabi nito. Maybe he just couldn't bear to look Deth in the eye any longer.

"The nerve of you to show your face," Gavin said with a bitter laugh. Gavin is back to his old self na sarado sa pang-unawa sa iba. This had always been Rance's problem with him. Naiintindihan naman daw ni Rance dahil sa sitwasyon ng pamilya nila pero bakit pati kay Deth? May nagawa ba si Deth sa kaniya noon para pagsarhan niya ito ng pang-intindi niya?
