The day after the incident, everything felt different. It was as if being happy was a sin with everything that was happening. Even the usual pranksters, including myself, found it hard to crack a joke.

"I already told you, Wolf and I will be okay. Maybe not right now, but we'll fix this din naman. So, there's no need to worry," Eunice reassured everyone. I could see she hated the uneasy silence just as much as I did.

"Paano namin magagawang magbiro kung-"

"I think Eunice is right. We shouldn't let this get to us, or it'll only make 'plastic' happy," I interjected, cutting Steven off before he could voice his concern.

"Tama si Luna. Ayan na lang isipin nating lahat." Stella agreed, her voice was steady.

Knoxx cleared his throat, drawing our attention. He stood with his arms crossed, his expression was serious. "I believe Wolf when he says he loves Eunice. You might be mad at me for saying this, but I think his weakness was used against him. Yes, he made mistakes, but it's clear to me that Elisse's goal was to break them apart and drag all of us down with them."

"Don't make her feel satisfied, you guys," River added.

"She's not as clever as she thinks. She won't outsmart us," Warren added with a bitter laugh.

"She's just playing a game, and our job is to make sure she doesn't enjoy it," Rance concluded, his voice filled with determination.

"We feel bad for Kian," Eunice whispered, the sadness in my voice undeniable. She changed the topic. Some let out a heavy sigh.

"The thing with Kian is, when he loves and trusts someone, he does so with his whole heart," Leo shook his head. "Pansin ko sa kaniya, nakikita niya ang mga pagkakamali o kapag nagsisinungaling kayo pero kapag kami ni Elisse, para siyang bulag."

"Kian is such a good person. He knows what's right from wrong, but because he considered Elisse his best friend, he was blinded. He changed so much that I don't think he even recognizes himself anymore," Storm added, his voice tinged with sadness.

"Let's stand by him in this fight," Eunice said with a smile, trying to urge us.

They all nodded in agreement. Xenor stood up, holding a glass in his hand. "Yeah, we'll support the three of you, no matter what you decide to do with Kian."

"Hindi ba dahil sa maingay sa kwarto niyo kaya rito kayo magpapahinga?" He asked, confusion written all over his face as he looked at the three of us.

"No, we just wanted to talk to you," Stella explained, crossing her arms as she sat down on the bed.

"I'm fine," Kian replied softly, gently removing my hand from his.

"Hindi kami si Elisse," mabilis kong sabi.

"Anyways, let's get moving," masayang sabi ni Eunice na may hawak na garter. She planned to play a game named chinese garter. It was her idea—her way of trying to bring back the carefree spirit among us that had been lost after everything that happened. Hindi kasi talaga madaan sa pagkausap ang mga gunggong na bumalik na sa dati.
