My friends who have no interest in gxbxg action, please SKIP. Save us all the trouble of unnecessary comments.

Seven flipped through the channels as she sat in her hotel room. She would be in LA for a week, just to check in on her sister, Selena's spa. They both worked in the beauty industry, Selena specializing in hair and Seven was an esthetician.

There was nothing on television and she needed something to pass her by. Going onto the Netflix app, she found The Ultimatum. She had previously watched the show, not minding watching again.

My ex could never!

She imagined herself in this situation before and she lost every time. That's why Seven was single now. All her exes sucked. She felt cursed, it never worked out, man nor woman.

"Sev, I'm so sorry to call you at this hour, but we're swamped and Sel said in an emergency to call you."

Just my fucking luck Seven thought.

"I'll be there soon."

Selena's Beauty Parlour was a popular salon in LA and it being black owned made it a plus. Seven walked into the establishment with a pair of Dior shades because she did not want anyone looking directly in her eyes.

"Sev! I'm so happy you're here." Lana clapped approaching the older woman. "Hey Lana, nice to see you too. Why is it so busy in here?"

It was an unnecessary amount of people in the main room, definitely close to meeting capacity. "Justine called out and so did her sidekick Mia."

Justine was one of the best stylists at the salon but her reputation was something to be studied, on what not to do.

"Where do you need me?" Seven blacked out on Justine before, so there was a good reason why they shouldn't been in the same room anyways. "We have a 9 AM for a new customer. She's here for a wax."

Looking over the clipboard. Seven looked over the first name:

Arrianna D.

Setting up a fresh sheet of paper on the table, Seven made sure all of her supplies were sanitized. This was her favorite waxing room when she came to visit. She could hear Lana yelling about which door to go to. A few moments the wooden panel opened revealing one of the most beautiful women that Seven had ever seen.

Seven's had her share. She loved pretty girls, soft life types. And for men, she could play with the best of the pretty boys, but she loved them a little rugged.

"Good morning, come in and sit down love." Seven encouraged. "Hi. Good morning. It's busy as hell in here."

"It sure is, technically it's my day off." Seven laughed.
"I'm so sorry they dragged you in here" Arrianna sat on the table, getting comfortable on the paper.

"I'm gonna come back in a few so that you can change and freshen up." Seven stepped out allowing her client to remove her bottoms and lay back.

Looking down the hall, the amount of people kept adding on and she was not looking forward to her day. "I'm ready." Arrianna's voice broke her thoughts.

Once Seven sat down, a wave of heat washed over her. She had never felt any remote attraction to other clients before but it was hard not to, looking at the woman in front of her with her legs open.

"How long have you been doing this, you know waxing?"

"Three years, I got into it because my sister said I was always keeping up with beauty standards and I should do it for the girls."

"And you're from LA?" Audi asked sitting up to engage in conversation. She liked eye contact. "I'm not, but my family been here forever."

"You?"
"I'm from the bay."

"How you end up here?" Seven had prepped everything, even laying the hot wax against Arrianna's skin.

As she pulled the strip off, Arrianna jolted back.

Seven used her hands to soothe the spot, applying pressure to  her other set of lips. They exchanged a glance, a long one before continuing the session.

"Thank you so much, I'm happy with the results."

"Yes, remember 24 hours of no activity and you're good to go. Because of the scheduling issues, here's a care kit of our full sized products."

"I definitely will be back here. Wait until I tell my boyfriend."

Seven hid her frown, she intended to exchange information to eventually ask her out. But, as usual it never worked in Seven's favor.

"Oh, also can we exchange numbers? Whenever you're in town, maybe we can hang out? It's pretty lonely here."

"Uh, yeah we can."

Seven was happy to know this wasn't the last time she would see her new crush.
