"Wait, I gotta tell you something." Azera created space between the two, if they were going to move forward in anyway, she needed to tell him everything.
Killian ignored her by kissing on her neck. It distracted her to the point where all she wanted was to be touched. Azera wasn't a virgin or a prude but, being with Killian would be her third partner and the previous one was running around town being an asshole. So far she liked how their intimacy felt.
"What you gotta tell me?" He asked finally looking into her eyes. This is when she felt most vulnerable and the doubt of telling him about her recent downfall back home crept in. She decided against it. She wasn't going to tell him.
"I really like you, don't make me regret it."
"I won't." He kisses her again, this time with a bit more haste. They were both fighting through pain with passion. The lack of trust, the self-doubt, the feeling of abandonment all wrapped in this heated session between young hearts.
The opened mouth kisses along her stomach were enough to make anyone feel something. She wasn't wearing jean shorts this time and it was much easier to slide her bottoms off.
Killian's goal was to give her something to remember because he knew they didn't have much time with one another. Azera's goal was to forget whatever was happening in the outside world just for a moment.
Raising her legs over his shoulders, he pecked at thighs heading to her center. Small kisses turned to longing ones as her quiet moans filled his ears. She felt like fully letting go would be embarrassing and awkward. As if enjoying herself was a crime. Killian felt the blood in his body leading to one place. Rock hard is what he was.
"Stop holding back." He bit her hip before kissing over it. "Don't hide yourself."
All Azera wanted to do was hide. If she gave too much, they could run away with all she had. "I'm scared." Killian wanted their experience to be a form a fulfillment, not fear. Instead of taking off the rest of her clothes, he stopped.
Killian sat at the end of the bed awkwardly. They barely started before it ended and it seemed yet again, it wasn't the right time. Azera had taken a shower but wouldn't come out of the bathroom because she didn't want to have that conversation with him. The suspense was killing him and he needed to check on her, he was losing his mind.
"Azera, you okay in there?" The breath that she was holding released before she opened the door. "You wanna go home?" He asked for clarity. Killian was dead set on making sure she was comfortable above all else.
"No, can you just hold me?"
The young lovers laid next to each other as the television across the room played a black and white movie. Breaking the silence, he decided to tell her what brought him there in the first place.
"I came here because I could be in alot of trouble back in my hometown. I was playing ball in school and then out of school I played for money underground. Some rich kids lost badly and thought they were getting played, but they just sucked ass." Azera's giggled filled the room because she thought it was funny, he had a way of making her laugh. "I told my grandmother what happened and she shipped me here. I was supposed to lay low, but that didn't last long."
Neither of them should have been there. They should be home in bed.
Tomorrow they would go back to their lives because little did they know, everyone would be doing everything in their power to make sure they're not together.
••••
"You alright girl?" Savannah asked as she handed Azera her food. All day she had been out of it only able to think about Killian and where he could be. When they went their separate ways it seemed like they weren't able to talk, that's how afraid they were to speak.
