My eyes darted back and forth from San to the girl sitting in front of him. I still haven't had a single bite of my lunch yet. I only messed around with it with my fork, suddenly having no appetite.

The two went on and on completely disregarding my existence. I watched as his eyes lingered on her. I had to hold back a scoff seeing how interested he suddenly is in the new girl. It wasn't surprising coming from her, but it hurt when San was like that too. Is it bad that I want all his attention just for me?

No, I don't want all of it, at least not at this moment. All I wished for now was a single bit of it. I just wanted him to look my way even if it was for a split second. Why was he acting so distant all of a sudden?

I sighed and nodded, accepting that today was going to be like this again. Not that it matters anyway, not anymore at least. I'm over it.

They finally turned towards me once I got on my feet. I kept my eyes on San, avoiding contact with the new girl at all costs.

"Where are you going?" He raised a brow

"I'll head to class before you. Enjoy your meal." I smiled and turned around dropping it in a second

I cleared my throat and walked away making sure not to look back, it'll only make me look pitiful.

My thoughts had distracted me from my surroundings, making me bump into someone as I turned the corner.

"Ouch, sorry."

"Don't worry about it." The person replied

I glanced up to meet his eyes, "Oh, aren't you San's friend?"

"Yeah, Wooyoung."

"Right, sorry about that. Wooyoung, I remember."

"No worries my face isn't very memorable." He joked

"Not at all! I just had a lot on my mind that I couldn't remember for a second there." I explained

"It's fine," he laughed, "I'm messing with you."

I forced a laugh along, feeling too awkward.

"Well, I've got to get to class now. I'll see you around."

"Yeah, good luck. See ya." He waved

I continued on my way to class, being the first to arrive. I slumped in my seat feeling deeply annoyed at the fact that San never bothers to check on me anymore.

Maybe he lost interest.

"He claims that he's only helping the new girl feel comfortable around. But isn't this too much?" I sighed, "and can't she take hints? For god's sake." I groaned

"Sounds like someone's annoyed."

I screamed out in shock when I noticed Wooyoung who was leaning on the doorframe of the classroom. He laughed at my response making me cover my mouth.

"Please don't tell San I said that." I practically begged

"It's none of my concern anyway. I was just looking for him to hand him back some supplies I borrowed. Since he's not here I'll get going."

He stepped out making me kick the air in frustration. I just had to say it out loud.

He suddenly peeked in again making me freeze, "and for the record, I'm on your side."

He left again and for real this time. I smiled contently until my eyes landed on his bag. Ugh stupid San.

"Leo!" San called out

I glanced his way. He turned his seat over towards me before sitting down.

"Did Wooyoung show up with my stuff?" He asked
