Amaru looked at Killian awkwardly as he walked into the house with the biggest smile on his face. "Sup, y'all?" He said as he picked up Jonah who was already reaching for him.
"We should be asking you that." Heather replied.
"I had a good night—that's all." Killian said.
"You sucked on some titties, huh?" Amaru teased.
Killian laughed. "Chill, man."
"Yeah, chill. I don't want to hear about my son having sex." Heather said.
"Where my nieces at?" Killian asked.
"They're in Chocolate's room taking a nap. You better go wake Zuri up before she gets mad about not seeing you again." Heather told him. Killian dropped Jonah off first last night and missed Zuri by a few minutes which had her livid.
Killian chuckled. "Aight, hold him. I'll be back." He gave Jonah to Heather who started whining a bit but got over it when Heather gave him kisses. Killian went into Lennox's room where he found Lennox up texting, Cali waking up, and Zuri still knocked out.
"Hey Killy." Lennox said as she kept texting.
"What's goin' on? Who you texting like crazy?" Killian asked as he picked up Cali.
"Umm—Brandon." Lennox replied.
"Mhmm, what's up with that situation? Feels like you left us in the dark about that." Killian said.
"I was supposed to go over there last night so we could talk about us, but I talked to mommy and daddy and they spoke some sense into me. So I told him that we can talk but we'll only speak about the baby and now he's upset." Lennox explained. She still didn't want to tell her brothers about Brandon putting his hands on her because that'll just cause other problems that she does not need. She wants to keep the drama at a minimum.
"So what does he want? He still wants to get you back?" Killian asked.
Lennox nodded. "Yes. He keeps saying that he's sorry."
"Fuck that nigga." Killian said as he looked at Cali. "Ain't that right, mamas? Say fuck that nigga."
"Okay, you're not babysitting." Lennox told Killian.
Killian scoffed. "Girl please. I'm the favorite uncle."
Lennox rolled her eyes as she turned her phone off to ignore Brandon. She did not want to block him because she was pregnant with their child and she had to keep in contact for him to be there.
"Anyway, how was your date?" Lennox asked.
"Amazing." Killian replied with a smile.
"You're so nasty." Lennox said.
"What? I didn't even say anything!" Killian defended.
"Your smile said everything, fool." Lennox told him.
Killian sucked his teeth. "Whatever, man. Let me wake my baby up so I can kidnap them."
"You owe me strawberry sorbet. Your greedy ass child made me share with him because he's teething." Lennox said.
"That's between you and Jonah. Don't put me in this." Killian said as he woke Zuri up. "C'mon, mamas. Let's go. Chocolate is trippin on me."
Lennox sucked her teeth. "Boy, shut up. I expect my sorbet by tomorrow morning."

Karis smiled as she ate her food. She and Taylor were currently at Waffle House. After the game, they went home and went straight to sleep. Between work and home life for Taylor, and being a stay at home mom and taking care of the house for Karis, they both needed the rest.
