"Jaxon, do you have cereal?" Karis asked as she walked into the kitchen where Jaxon was setting up dinner.
"We're about to eat, Karis." Jaxon told her.
Karis pouted. "Just a little bit?"
"Cereal yo ass in that living room and sit the hell down." Jaxon fussed.
Karis whined as she returned to the living room and sat next to Taylor. "Jaxon won't let me get any cereal."
"You ate cereal before we got here, baby." Taylor said. "You're about to get some real food." Karis whined again as she rested her head on his shoulder.
"Mommy, stop it." Zuri chimed in. It is safe to say that Karis was getting on her last nerves.
Killian walked into the house, which made him the last on to arrive. "Sup, y'all?" He said as he entered the living room.
"Uncle K!" Zuri squealed as she went to hug him.
"Hey baby girl." Killian said, picking her up.
"Aight, y'all. Dinner is ready." Jaxon announced.
"Your boyfriend isn't here yet, baby boy." Heather said.
Jaxon sighed. "Yeah, I know. We can all go ahead and eat though."
"Go eat, y'all. We're about to talk to talk to Jax." Amaru told everyone and they did as told.
Jaxon sat down between his parents and let out another sigh. "I don't know what happened. I haven't spoken to him since yesterday morning, and I woke up this morning to being blocked on everything."
"Maybe the thought of meeting us made him scared." Heather said. "I'm sorry this happened to you, baby."
Amaru sucked his teeth. "Fuck that nigga. He doesn't deserve my son. Everything gon be alright. We all had to go through heartbreaks. You want Kennedi to beat his ass?"
Jaxon chuckled. "Nah, it's all good. Let's go eat."

"This is fun." Zuri said as she sat her food in the back of Karis' car. Taylor chuckled while he sat in the drivers seat eating his burger.
Karis was craving Sonic terribly at midnight, and she decided to make it a field trip. She woke Taylor, Zuri, and Jasmine up who were slightly irritated at first but they came around once they got their food.
"You wanna try a piece of my chicken sandwich, Zuri?" Jasmine asked.
"No, everything is already together." Zuri replied. "I'm okay with my chicken tender and fries."
"Well, having things together make things a bit easier." Jasmine told her.
"Maybe some other time." Zuri said.
"Taylor, can you hit the button again? I want some tater tots." Karis said.
"No, baby. It's already late and we're eating greasy food. I don't want you to get sick." Taylor said.
Karis pouted. "Fine." The car got silent and all that could be heard was the music coming from Karis' phone playing from the speakers.
"Hey, mommy." Zuri said, breaking the silence.
"Yes, pumpkin?"
"Umm, Jasmine and I named our baby earlier today." Zuri told her.
"Oh really? What is it?" Karis asked.
"Cali Moana." Zuri and Jasmine said at the same time, shocking both Karis and Taylor. Who knew a five year old and six year old could come up with such a pretty name?
