Dropping, shattering crystal tears; invisible but when I warrant clouds to part; like Moses and the red sea, but; here the water raged between; what I chose I let you see; but don't even you just judge me; brain hard wired to never halt; a heart that feels like it messed up it's part; entangles in chord as more gems drop; drenched to the bone in the deep ocean; they knew I was drowning but they didn't care; others they thought all was perfect; why wouldn't you to be that way; why do you choose to sit with me; tell me all your pain; I trust you but not myself; I want to jump and I can't swim; yet you just knew and chances were slim; the moment I stirred you chose to hug; my shivering frame that drenced your heart; you didn't need to pity me like them; you could just leave like any other; why do you choose to stay; away from the eye of the storm; yet you gave no answer but for this hug; the one that my heart refuses to unclasp; soon I feel no rain, has it ceased?; the patter to prevail; he in the hurricane held an umbrella; hardly for himself any room was left; reflexively I ran; his hand to find - we ran - hand in hand; he soon held my heard with his; flopped onto the meagre space in the very midst; the warmth had finally spread from within; this wasn't the sun but I no more shivered; who are you that selflessly; refuses to let me give up; pointing where I trip; that low chuckle every single time; yet concern that pierces right through; I'll trip again; now not as scared; of course just lesser; but still very there; from complete unknown; through a spell of complete resistance; to the only voice that stood my storm; just, thank you.
