"Delta I can't use my ability either." Eques followed up.
"That's because those watches were ability disablers. I had anticipated that Daniel would send a bunch of whippersnappers to confront me but Daniel has since forgotten that he and I were business partners. I know everything that he could possibly come up with." Black revealed. "The watches lock themselves so you can't take them off."
