Chapter 2: Unexpected

The next day after that incident the president of the club called for a meeting again, nagdadalawang isip ako kung pupunta ba ako o hindi. Ayokong makita si Zed pero required kami na umattend sa meeting since we are going to finalize the plan for the excursion at ayaw ko matanggal sa club.

And after all the hours of thinking whether to attend to this meeting or not here I was at the club room waiting for the other members to arrive.

May nauna na sakin sa room kaya di na ako kinabahan na pumasok, and thank goodness wala pa si Zed.

"Okay let us start the meeting para maaga tayo makauwi ngayon." Sabi ni Jerry, president ng club.

If I was not mistaken, officer ng club si Zed pero bakit magsisimula na ang meeting na wala pa siya?

"What about Zed? He's not coming?" One of the members asked, if I am right she was Melissa at sumali siya sa club dahil nasa club si Zed. Well maging ang ibang babae sa club ay ganun din ang dahilan kung bakit sumali sa club.

Ano ba ang mayroon sa lalaking yun at inlove ang mga babaeng ito sakanya? He was a freaking pervert anyway.

"He's currently on the hospital right now, naaksidente siya, Car accident. I just hope that it's not that serious."

Nagulat ako sa sinabi ni Jerry at bigla akong nakaramdam ng kaba.

"My poor baby, I must visit him. Anong ospital siya na-admit pres?"

"It's better not to bother him right now girls okay? Now let's start the meeting." I bet the president knows too well how these girls can be an annoyance to Zed. Huh? Gusto kong matawa sa naisip ko. What was I thinking? Of course these girls wouldn't be an annoyance since he is a womanizer.

Sa wakas na finalize na rin ang plano para sa excursion and it will be held in a Private resort in Batangas owned by Jerry's grandfather. I never thought that this guy was rich, but that must not surprise me since the school is known to have many rich kids studying. I was not like them anyway; I was just an average girl whose parents are working hard to send me to school, so in return I study hard to have good grades.

I was about to leave the room nang tawagin ako ni Jerry.

"Sophie, about Zed... yesterday," Nabigla ako sa sinabi niya, nakita ba niya yung nangyari kahapon? It was impossible there was no one around that time, it was just the two of us.

"W-What about it?"

"Uhm, I'm sorry that you have to see that." I didn't get what he was saying.

"Alam ko nakita mo siya with that girl yesterday." He said when he saw my puzzled expression.

That was somehow a relief.

"Ah, that's okay, nabigla lang naman ako sa nakita ko." I said.

"Thank goodness, I'm just worried that it might scare you at di ka na umattend sa club natin." I can see that he was really relieved.

"You know, Zed is not a bad guy. So I hope that you will still remain in this club." Bahagya siyang tumawa ng sabihin niya yun. What's with him at ino-open niya ang topic about Zed of all people?

"A-ah see."

"He's a friend of mine since high school. He's a good guy but somehow He changed a bit because of some complicated situations that happened to him." I can see at his expression that he was sad about whatever happened to Zed.

"But he really is a good guy..." he laughed "a bit hard headed though, 'kita mo naman naakisidente dahil sa katigasan ng ulo. I told him not to drive since his right foot is injured due to the basketball match last week but he just won't listen."
