Grayden POV.
That same night, I knew that I was about to make my grand come back not as the main character but as the side one. It doesn't matter anyway cause I am going to help my son not to repeat the same mistakes as me before. For that, I was ready for everything.
That night, I went to a bar, I sat and started to drink my fav cocktail when suddenly him, Francis, the one I was waiting for, approached me.
"Don't you think it's too risky for you to come here tonight and act like nothing is happening?" Says Francis the one at the ambassy who always keeps me updated even if I'm not there anymore.
"Good to see you too old friend" I said while looking at him and I continue "I'm not worry cause if you know that I was in danger from where i am sitting right now, the moment I came you would have back down"
"I didn't know that you know me that well" He sighed
"Not quite"
"You can't never be too careful, you know?...so what is the plan cause you know shit are about to be strange the moment your son and you put feet at the United Kingdom ambassy since you know no one is to be trusted and they know what you know as well...you should ask for new people around you"
"Fact. But the thing is, I don't want new ones. It can be any of them. It can be Favreau, Michelle, and Nicholas, the deputy chief of mission, who is also my childhood friend. We are just going to play along till the traitors show their nose" I sighed
"I am also one of your Bestfriend and working with you before. What makes you trust me?" He asked
"I got my reasons, first of all you were on another mission for the president when all that happened and you've been my ears from the inside for quite sometimes, without you it could have been worse" I responded
"That's a great one but it's only work only If you show them, you did not suspected them of anything for that matter you have to ask your son the new Ambassador to show them that he trust them with his life, I would've say for him to eat with them eyes close but it's risky" he stated
"The reason for that meeting tonight is to let you know that my son won't make it to United Kingdom tomorrow, so he won't be eating with them, eyes close" I replied
"What?" He said while spitting his drink out
"Listen, I want you to help me get on that plane with someone else who's going to pass as Brayden, and no one has to know, including the president"
"But he has to be there cause he is the new Ambassador, not you. What are you asking me to do right now is impossible" He replied
"I never tell you that he wasn't going to be the new Ambassador, but it's going to be with me inside and him staying here in the US"
