Chapter 61

I woke up somewhere I didn't recognize.

It was simular to a jail cell. I look over to see Jane across the room.

"Jane?" I ask, my voice shaking.

"Danny? Where are we?" She asks as her sobs fill the air.

"I have no idea." I whisper back.

I try to mindlink with forest.

Forest?

Forest?

Forest answer me please?

"I can't link with forest." I say as tears start pouring down my face.

"I can't with Lee either." She crys.

A big door opens and in walks someone I thought I'd never see again.

Alpha Tyler walks in a smirk plastered on his face, "You can't link them because they're dead."

My screams fill the silent air as my heart feels like it's going to explode and my head goes dizzy.

"What do you want from me?" I scream shaking the bars separating us.

"That's just it. I want you." He laughs.

"If you want me. Then you have to let Jane go." I counter.

"Absolutely not." He sneers.

I walk over to the bed in the cell. I pulled out a knife I had found.

I put it against my throat, "If you don't let her go, nobody gets me. I'll go back with my mate." I challenged.

"No okay stop! " He screams.

"I want to witness her being realsed. If I find out she was killed I will kill you. Understood?" I say using my Luna voice.

"Understood." He nods.

"Now." I say.

He unlocks the jail cell and leads us outside.

We stop at the gates, and Jane turns to me.

"I'll be back for you." She whispers.

I shake my head. "Don't risk your life and your babies life for mine. Don't come back. Promise?"

She nods, "I promise."

Then before I could blink. A gun shot went off.

I watched as Jane fell to the ground.

I scramble to her, screaming as tears stream nonstop down my face.

I scream, "You promised!"

I pulled the knife out of my pocket and threw it at Tyler.

It stuck him in the leg, enough to hurt him. Not enough to kill him.

Just what I wanted.

I walk over to him, and rip the knife out.

"You killed my mate. My best friend. And my best friends mate. And you watched as you took everything I wanted away from me. So now your going to watch as I take everything you wanted away from you." I say as take my last breath.
